There is an excellent selection of quality rentals to chose from in locations that are of interest. The information provided, (details on rental, photos, information on the landlord, location information etc) is excellent. The website is user-friendly and astetically pleasing.

Flatio is a good service, I was well informed and the rates for their service is transparent. It was my first experience with Flatio and I am sure that this will not be my last. Services are good. Booking a new place during the busy time of the season has proved a bit difficult. Multiple attempts to book that ended up canceled through non response of the landlord and outright rejections. The coupon was a nice gesture, but I couldn’t make use of it due to the cancellations. After trying to use the coupon again on another booking, after being previously canceled, I was informed that the coupon no longer was valid. It was basically wasted on a canceled booking attempt. In the end I had to go with Airbnb as I know that more often then not, if it’s showing on their system then it’s available. Cancellations do happen on Airbnb, but my experience tells me that this is a rare occurrence. I hope that helps.
