My husband and I have been renting this apartment for the last 5 years. We would like to rent it to one or two friendly people who want to stay for at least three months or for a longer term in Berlin and are looking forward to living in this trendy and bohemian area. We speak German, English and Spanish. Important notice: it is a non-smoking apartment. We are really sorry, but pets are not allowed.
