RENT CHARGES AND CONDITIONS:
Rent charges include: electricity, water, internet wi-fi, Cable TV and a weekly house cleaning with changing towels and sheets.
Deposit fee equivalent to a month rent.
CLEANING AND SANITIZATION:
The cleaning and sanitization of this apartment is carried out by a professional cleaning team before your arrival. The cleaning products used contain 10% sodium hypochlorite to avoid cross-contamination in the apartment. Our bed linen and towels are washed at high temperatures with a powerful disinfectant in order to ensure elimination of bacteria, viruses, fungus and organic impurities. These procedures are applied on a weekly basis. You will also find disinfection material, such as alcohol gel.
Visit everything on foot and there are so many stores and supermarkets nearby; the nearest supermarket (Mini Preço) is 11 min walking distance, the nearest gym (Ginásio Apollo Lda) is 15 min walking distance, the nearest hospital (Hospital São João) is 21 min by metro, the nearest parking (GPS - Gestão de Garagem, Lda) is 1 min walking distance and there is a pharmacy (Farmácia Costa Cabral) is 21 min walking distance from the apartment.
This apartment is composed of a ground floor and a mezzanine floor. The mezzanine has 1 bedroom. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchenette, a living / dining room and 1 bathroom.

However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
