The apartment is suitable to accomodate up to 8 people. Main part is open space where you can find living room area and kitchen area. In the living room there is cosy portable sofa and TV set with FREE NETFLIX. Kitchen is well organized and well eqiuipped. It has also spacious dining table. Area is bright thanks to big window and high ceiling. There are two private bedrooms in the apartment. In both rooms you can find spacious double bed as well as portable sofa bed. There are also stylish wooden tables in the bedrooms. In the bathroom you will have shower corner as well as washing machine. Bathroom is super clean and modern. Toilet is situated separately from bathroom. There is private garden and terrace next to the building which are part of the apartment. You can visit it anytime.
INTERNET is for free with 50Mb download and 2Mb upload speed. You will have NETFLIX with international channels. For your safety, there is first aid kit and fire extinguisher. We like children, so if you need baby cot, dining chair or toys, it will be there for you. We will meet you in person at CHECK-IN and show you the apartment.
You will find our apartment just 12 minutes away from the heart of the city center by direct metro line, in quiet and safe area. You can feel great local atmosphere there. If you want to try Czech food/drinks, there is local restaurant/bar only 2 minutes away from the apartment by foot. Grocery store is 4 minutes and supermarket is 7 minutes walking from the apartment. Part of the flat is also private garden and terrace. They are situated next to the building and you can use them anytime.
HOW TO GET AROUND
The closest metro stop Ladvi is only 4 minutes by foot. It will take you to city center just in 12 minutes. The nearest city bus stop is right next to the apartment. If you arrive by train, you can take direct metro line C to stop Ladvi, it takes around 10 minutes. If you arrive by bus to Florenc station, you can take metro line C as well to Ladvi, it takes about 8 minutes. From the airport, it takes about 55 minutes by public transport and 25 minutes by taxi or Uber. Uber works well in Prague.
Once you send a reservation request, the landlord is notified that you are interested in his/her offer. From that moment, he/she has 24 hours to approve or reject your reservation.
Landlords are mainly interested in the profile of their tenant. Do not forget to fill in all necessary information, add your profile picture, or even make a short video about yourself. Doing that will make you more attractive for the owner and your reservation will more likely get approved.

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.
Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!
However, if the owner has already approved your reservation request and you are no longer interested in it, only Flatio customer support can cancel it within 24 hours of approval. After this period, the reservation request can also be canceled by the owner.
