I needed to alter the days of my initial reservation because I accidentally selected the wrong day. After contacting support ~5 times, I didn't head back and ended up having to cancel and rebook my apartment. I am hoping this will not cause any issues.

Pokud by ve Flatio pochopili, že s občany České republiky, kteří s českou firmou se sídlem v České republice uzavřeli smlouvu v Českém jazace je potřeba komunikovat v Českém jazyce, potom bych to doporučil každému. Se službou jsem spokojen, ale představa, že všechno zvládne automat je mylná, anebo přinejmenším zdlouhavá a nekomfortní. Nekonečné čekání na osobní kontakt, v případě jakéhokoliv problému, nemluvě o nabídce komunikace v cizí řeči, vede ke značným komplikacím a nedorozuměním.

Není mě intuitivné jasné, jak stránka přesně pracuje. Chybí lepší popisy jednotlivých částí a celý proces se jeví jako závazná objednávka bydlení, podobně jako je to třeba na booking.com

Ich finde die Kommunikation mit Flatio eher achwierig. Außerdem wird meiner Meinung nach nicht auf Kunden eingegangen. Was mich am meisten stört ist, dass der angegebene Preis im Portal nie stimmte und ich immer mehr nachzahln musste. Außerdem finde ich es nicht gut, dass in Zeiten von Corona der Vertrag nicht frühzeitig kündbar war.

You have issues with the length of contracts. 14 days end up being less than 13 X 24 hours. Allowing landlords to rent out apartment to 2 different guest on the first and last day of each contract, you should not expect good feedback. I really doubt your contracts would hold in a court room.
