Insgesamt zu kompliziert, ein langer sehr juristisch anmutender Vertrag, die vollen Kosten sind zu Beginn nicht transparent, erst im letzten Moment des Buchungsvorgangs, die Reinigung des Apartments war nicht inkludiert, was für Feriengäste ein "Must" ist... das geht über andere Plattformen leichter...

I like the webpage is very intuitive as a landlord. The only thing this time I missed it was a support team that can respond faster and are able to check my questions related with a specific flat. I had the feeling they didn't spend time checking my problem - I have 2 flats in flatio and they were confused about my questions. If they would have look to my profile they would know immediately which flat I was referring but instead they asked me the question all the time and we missed a couple of days because the response comes always the day after...
