Die Bezahlung sollte auch in anderen Währungen möglich sein bzw. eine Umrechnung sollte möglich sein. Ich habe in Euro bezahlt und die CZK umgerechnet, die dann manchmal nicht 100 % mit dem Wechselkurs übereinstimmten.

Live chat is very lacking, because sometimes there are problems that can only be solved through live chat, and emails are too late communication. I would also suggest better communication to the landlords about the checkout time, because they tried to get us out much earlier and therefore allowed themselves to pick us up early in the morning. It was a very unpleasant experience.
