Melhor a app

Deveriam responder ao telefone durante o dia todo e não apenas de manhã.

Very good service with regular updates and useful recommendations. It made the whole experience feel reliable and trustworthy. Thank you!

The app is extremely user friendly and I liked that I was able to get a longer than usual "short stay" that even included a formal rental contract.

I would like to have an easier management of listings like for instance copy a listing in case of more equivalent apartments to promote.

I love the type of guests Flatio gets for my apartment. My suggestions: create a phone app, expand in Spain! I live in Barcelona and I could definitely help you with the Spanish market.

I liked the value offered through flatio but there were not as many options as airbnb or other sites in general.

Everything was good, and the security provided by the service is a great thing to have. However, messaging on the website can be a bit clunky. I think it would be very useful to have an app to be able to message the owner on the go.

me gusta la agilidad de los pagos y la estructura de la pagina para publicar los anuncios y que se puede interactuar con los futuros huespedes si es que queda alguna duda en su presentacion antes de aceptar las reservas.

Easy to use and reliable. It would be nice to have a feature that allows for quicker responses to booking inquiries. Overall, a great experience!

Currently Flatio is my go to for finding medium to long term accommodation. Ensure landlords are active. Some have listings to which they are unresponsive.

Easy to navigate and easy to do the payments. It would be great if you add Amex express cards.

The process and guidelines are very clear.

Easy utilisation, safe and intuitive website. Good messaging functionality. Responsive assistance.

I think it's very difficult to contact Flatio. With other platforms we have tools to contact a member of the team to help us solve any issue we have, so I find it really upsetting that Flatio is so difficult to reach.

Everything was great, the flat was clean and secure, the owner even left some drinks and snacks for our use!

Nothing to say all good

need a mobile app !

Very responsive, great service, helped us when we needed it!

Great descriptions, rules outlines clearly

Flatio support team - they always help!
