My overall experience was kind of good, but guys, you are a rental service, people from other countries use your services, why on Earth wasn't I able to pay with my debit cards from 3 different countries (I ALSO tried apple pay and google pay - same results) and had to ask my local friend for a favor several times to pay for my apartment with large sums of money? Your payment gateway needs to be changed or some additional ways of payment need to be added.

I would like to say that all the customer services staff are friendly and helpful. However, if I have to solve a slightly more complicated case, it is already long and nerve-wracking.
