Any time I attempted to sign the contract lease for the property my phone number did not receive the SMS as the binding signature. Therefore, emailing the service team was the only way I could sign the contract. The service was good for this reason, communicating with kind people at Zendesk. However, the service fee was expensive. I am unsure if other people have this SMS issue and if so, I would recommend the team to solve it.

It's really brilliant service for middle term rent. I had the only one trouble with used it. I left apart early than my contract was over, and discussed with landlord to sublease the flat. But I didn't find opportunity how I can did it.

I like that Flatio targets longer stays than AirBNB and the cancellation policy is much more reasonable. Many AirBNBs only allow a cancellation within 48 hours of making a booking, which is not acceptable in the current environment and for a reservation well in advance.
