It was easy to book and great to have the security of insurance and support if needed when visiting a city you're unfamiliar with, but it was quite expensive (my colleagues at the university were shocked at how much I was paying) and an odd payment schedule (not the same date of every month). I wouldn't recommend for longer stays in Czech Republic if you need a visa and residence permit, because Czech Immigration do not accept the digital contracts issued and it was not possible to get them the paperwork they asked for. This was quite unexpected and stressful, and could have been a huge problem if I'd needed to extend my stay.
