The best of Flatio, that I'm constantly saying to whom ask me about the platforms I work with, is that we can message the future tenants and communicate with them. That is extremely important when you rent a room in a shared apartment, that you need to know if that person is a good fit to live with the other flatmates... the worse of Flatio is that 3 rejections rule, specially when I reject someone because he doesn't reply to my messages and I can clearly see in his profile he isn't looking for a bedroom but for an all apartment. The tenant can send several reservations to several landlords, without even bother to read the description and the house rules and never reply to the messages and who is penalised is the landlord. I think when the landlord sends a message to the tenant the 24 hours "countdown" should stop until they reply that message.

Let's say you rent one place from 01.03.2022 to 14.03.2022 at Flatio. Then you plan to move to another place provided by Flatio. In that case - using Flatio - you have to rent the day 14.03.2022 two times (one time in each contract). I do not like that!
