Fees for paying the rent are ridiculous - we already pay a fee for the services....... + not accepting the American Express Card might resolut in us not choosing Flatio next time... Other than that we had good experience with you. Thank you.

Service is good, however, many cancellations from guest, even when we confirm from our side within few minutes. One big negative is calendar, when guest cancel reservation, calendar still remains blocked in synced AirBnB calendar.. so we have to each time remove sync and add again.. Otherwise good experience. Only the calendar sync is issue.
