Very professional and with very thorough help within the webpage system, but when a documentation problem wouldn't get solved by the landlord I didn't feel very supported by flatio.

Its an easy to use platform. And the customer service is easy also through emails and facebook. I would recommend having a telephone no. For each country the platform covers so the communication would be easier and straight forward instead of waiting a day or 2 to get an email reply. I loved not having to pay a deposit I don't know if this is decided by flatio or the landlord but it was great because all apartments usually request a full month deposit and when you are renting for a long time and on an expensive rate its kind of hard to afford another month payment even if it is refundable at the end!
