Hi For me the location was very important. It will allow us to discover many interesting sites on foot. Your add is very clear in what we should expect and it looks very clean and bright. My wife Filomena is Portuguese so the language is no problem. The washer and dryer is a real bonus. All round it looks like a great place to live. Regards Cedric.
