We rented these apartments and were very satisfied with our stay. It’s a perfect place for a couple or for solo travelers. Getting to the city centre is very easy, and there is public transportation nearby, so the location is excellent. You really don’t need a taxi or a car at all. The landlord is wonderful. We had a few minor issues during our stay, but the team resolved everything very quickly — the response was almost immediate. Highly recommended!

A simple platform whilst being very thorough and well thought out. Communication is instant and professional.

Everything worked out good!

Sencillo y fácil de ultilzr. Una gran plataforma.

It was easy setting up and monitoring stay and messages through Flatio. I grew up in this neighborhood, so I knew exactly what to expect, and apartment and stay didn't disappoint.

Those phishing spam messages to all users were unacceptable

Good service nothing to say. Only a little expensive compared to the market

No complaints. Very satisfied.

All good, the fees might be a bit high

Easy access , more advertising in our area Cadiz, chiclana, Spain

Follow through is very good!

Los servicios de la plataforma excelentes, genera confianza. Me gustó que no exige requisitos adicionales a los inquilinos.

Great customer service, but often issues with the website. I hope there is an app soon.

NIKTO NETUŠI o existencii Flatia, cize totalne chyba propagacia tejto platforme, podla mna ma kvoli tomu vyrazne nizsiu navstevnost ako stranky airbnb alebo booking.

Secure location site. The only negative point is the high percentage of fees applied for the exchange rate.

Es increíblemente bueno y fácil de utilizar

Flatio is a great platform for finding medium-term stays. It has good options and feels really safe since all the transactions go through the website, and there’s insurance just in case something goes wrong.

Scam messages filtering should be performed on a per-message level. I've got several messages which seemed to be a scam, with different kind of links present inside the message. Maybe there could be a complete restriction for the messages containing URL links.

Convenience, feedback, selection of places, and, importantly, long-term lease

Unfreundlich hohe Bearbeitungsgebühren.

Tbh i was dissapointed from the first booking as the rating was high but the apartment itself was not well maintained, but the communication was easy Ill give it another shot tho

Pleasant.
