So far the communications is good and the choices as well as the prices quoted seem fair. I will know better once the transactions are complete. It looks so far to be professional. My first book did not complete because the host advised during our exchange of questions that her current tenant may stay on and as it turns our they are so I did waste time on the process. I wait now for this latest booking to see the results. Thanks ~Ron Waddling

Much better than Airbnb in terms of quality of flats, accuracy of listings and owner vetting process. The sublet contract also protects both parties quite well. The only confusion I had was about the payment schedule and that sometimes the prices for 30 days ended up being different than advertised, even when I put in my check in/out dates. I'd like to see that more automated and the payment schedule explained better. Even the owner I worked with didn't fully understand. Other than that great overall experience and I hope Flatio comes to more cities as I do more traveling!

Služby byly dobre , Flatio kontaktoval dvakrát majitele, kdy jsem mel problémy, což prispivel k rychle vyreseni. Mi vadilo, ze pri platbe druhého a třetího najmu jsem musil zaplatit poplatek Gopay za potvrzeni platby. Služba Gopay nemela přidanou hodnotu.
