La facilidad

Všechno je super

Easy communication

Gostaria que só divulgassem o endereço após o hóspede pagar a hospedagem.

Brilliant service.

the commision could be lower.

Everything worked as expected, no problems at all. It was easy to increase the length of the stay too.

Tem uma boa e fácil aplicação

Boa e fácil aplicação

The interface is good and the commission is fair. I dislike that’s I have to manually fill in the checkin and checkout paperwork when flatio already has the information to automate this process. Also, it seems too easy to make a fraudulent profile on the platform and the fact that I have to cancel the request manually after the guest doesn’t pay, is a pain. Lastly these contracts are useless in Italy and I have to ask for the guest to sign a separate contract in Italian when they stay over 30 days.

The apt. Located in prime location . New and very nice .

Vše perfektní - jen ubytování by tu mohlo být více - je malý výběr :)

Super découverte. le site marche bien et bonne communication.

More publicity to reach more people and to be a better option than the giant airbnb.

Yes, I would recommend Flatio. However, I never had any issues that required their intervention, so I cannot comment on how effective their support is in resolving problems.

The usual :)

Friendly application with high responsibility

Had no issues. I would use again and recommend to friends

The site is good sometimes a bit clunky and difficult to follow. The fees are a bit high.

Service was good. Nothing bothered us.

I’m really happy with Flatio, it’s now my go-to platform whenever I travel. The whole process feels very reliable and easy to use. I especially appreciate the reminders sent before and after the stay, with all the host details and Flatio support contacts. I’ve never needed to use the support myself, but it gives me peace of mind knowing it’s there. I’ve already recommended Flatio to friends who ask how I book my stays when traveling.

I think that Flatio is a professional platform for bookings. The only problem is with the app on our mobiles that it doesn't work. Also that when we are searching Flatio on our mobiles the first page is not at English language.

We got a discount very nice
