I would rate Flatio’s services as good overall. The platform is user-friendly, and it was easy to search for and book a rental that suited our family. We were most pleased with the exceptional customer support provided by Flatio. Your team was incredibly responsive, helpful, and patient, answering all our questions promptly and guiding us through the booking process with ease. One area for improvement would be the responsiveness of hosts on the platform. While we were fortunate to find a wonderful host in Vitoria, many other hosts did not reply to our questions or rental requests, which was frustrating during our search. It would be helpful if Flatio could encourage hosts to be more proactive in responding, as this would make the process smoother for renters.

I really like the platform, and the way the signing of the lease was handled felt very safe and secure. However, when the host kept me waiting for half an hour without responding to my texts or calls and I tried to get in touch with you, I was put on hold for a long while. It was only then that I realised you outsource your customer service - that was a bummer.

Flatio proved to be very reliable and easy to use. Especially good for longer stays. I deducted points because I find the service fee very high.

I've loved my experiences with Flatio! I do wish guests would put more efforts into reviews like with Airbnb. There were a number of things with this rental that I believe other guests likely would have warned about that would have helped me to make a different decision on booking this accommodation. I also think the guests should also be able to be rated by hosts, as I'm sure there are guests that aren't great, just as there are guests like us who try very hard to leave a place as good (if not better) than we found it, and who are very respectful to the home and the neighbours. I also wish you could apply to multiple properties at the same time, as I've found that not all hosts respond quickly. So you potentially lose another great property whilst waiting for a host to respond to a request.
