We got a good flat for a good price in the end, but communication and payment were difficult. Could have been more helpful when our first choice cancelled - booking.com are much better at making sure you're not left worse off.

I am pleases by the overall simplicity of the platform and especially how it handles payments. I would like to see more options in the website itself for things like changing the duration of stay. We had to spend an extra day in the flat and we ended up doing it informally with the landlord.
