Очень уютное жилье с прекрасным видом на природу. Особенно нам запала в душу терасса. Недалеко от жилья находится заповедник. Замечательные хозяева, которые помогали нам во всем, что требовалось, быстро отвечали на сообщение, встретили и провожали на вокзал, помогали с покупкой продуктов. Мы очень довольны проведенным месяцем и он определенно останется в нашей памяти надолго.

„Übergabe der Wohnung verlief problemlos. Küche gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine. Allerdings sind die beiden übereinander liegenden Betten überhaupt nicht optimal, da das untere ein Ausziehbett ist, somit das darunter liegende gefährdet ist, da nachts vom „oberen“ der nachts schnell mal auf die Toilette will betreten werden kann. Habe gar nicht ausprobiert. Etagenbetten wären sicherer. Schlafsofa zum Schlafen nicht geeignet/defekt. Badezimmer ist sehr sehr klein, Beleuchtung im Bad teilweise defekt, das sollten wir selbst reparieren, meinte Ema auf Nachfrage, naja...aber der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.“

V bytě jsme ubytovali dvě kolegyně ze zahraničí a byly velmi spokojené. Krásny nový byt plně vybavený. Komunikace s firmou pronajímající byt byla rychlá a vše se vždy vyřešilo k plné spokojenosti.

Can’t say enough great things about my stay at Luis’s place. The central location was ideal for my 2.5 month stay in Lisbon. The flat was perfectly set up for remote work, monitor included! Luis was very responsive and attentive when needed, which was much appreciated. Grocery store, restaurants and coffee shops all located within a 5-10 minute walk. The flat was equipped with everything I needed for my stay. Many thanks to Luis for making it a great stay. Highly recommend!

Jedná se o zcela nové bydlení, v bztě před námi evidentně nikdo nebydlel. Zpočátku jsme postrádali několik běžných potřeb, zejména vybavení kuchyně nebylo zcela kompletní. Majitel vždy reagoval rychle a požadované věci postupně dodal. V koupelně ve sprchovém koutě není nainstalována žádná polička, šampóny a mýdla jsme museli skladovat na zemi. Celkově však dobré ubytování, cena by mohla být nižší.

We were very happy with our stay at the apartment. Everything was as described and shown in the photos. The landlord met us on the arrival day later than the check-in time, because our flight was in the evening. She had prepared us a charcuterie board with a bunch of different things on it and even a bottle of prosecco, because we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary. She was very sweet and welcoming. The apartment was very clean, had a lot of towels and a bed set for the couch in case we had visitors. The kitchen had everything we needed too and everything was new and in good condition. A big fridge and a freezer were also very useful. There was an air conditioner, for when it was a bit cold outside. The garden is lovely, and while you don't have a view, you have the benefit of not hearing any noise from the streets. It was mostly very quiet. There was a washing machine and everything you might need for cleaning too. There is also a smart TV in the living room, so that was good too. The location was great, as it is a little bit out of the very center of the city, so there are not many people around, but you could reach all the main attractions within a twenty minute walk. There is a big supermarket nearby and a small one right around the corner. The landlord was very helpful and always replied quickly. She helped us immediately if we had any problems and was happy to answer our questions. Overall, it was a great stay and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Would be very happy to stay here again at some point.

Mariana was great, very accommodating, super helpful and friendly. The space was lovely, with its own bathroom, and shared kitchen facilities. The room is big, with a comfortable bed and a big desk for working with a view outside for regular screen breaks! The location is in a lovely part of Porto very close to the river and the sea! Will certainly visit again when I am in Porto!

Comfortable and quiet, lots of space, and very well lit. The neighbourhood has plenty to do. I really enjoyed the stay, and it was good on days when I worked from the apartment.

This place is very clean, sunny and quiet. It is equipped with everything you need. Convenient located near shops and public transport. The landlord Anita is also very helpful and keeps the place in a really good condition. She always makes sure that things are OK for her guests. I liked my stay there and would recommend it.

Everything you could need in the accommodation. I never gave it a 10 because it’s directly located above a beach club speaker which isn’t ideal when working a 9-5. Music doesn’t stop until 8pm which would be ok if you’re on holiday but not for a relaxing evening on the balcony. Sven the owner was great as was Magda who looks after the apartment. Both were lovely. ☺️

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property. It was incredibly comfortable, with all the amenities I needed to feel right at home. The space was cozy and welcoming, making it easy to relax after a long day. What I loved most was how peaceful the surroundings were – it was a perfect retreat away from any noise or distractions. I had an incredible stay at Antonio’s place in Lisbon. Antonio was an exceptional host, always quick to reply and super helpful – he even helped me with my bags at check-in, which was such a nice touch. The apartment looks exactly as it does in the photos, though it’s worth noting that the ceilings aren’t particularly high if you’re tall. That said, the space feels incredibly homey. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transport and late-night pharmacies and grocery stores nearby. Plus, some of Lisbon’s most beautiful viewpoints are just a short walk away. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the blackout blinds were a lifesaver for a good night’s sleep. The neighborhood felt very safe (as is typical in Lisbon), and the neighbors were friendly. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

We had an amazing time in the apartment for almost a year. Rui was so nice and helpful , really a top landlord and definitely made our stay much easier. It was a perfect place to work remotely with high speed internet and a good chair. It had everything we needed. We can definitely recommend staying here for mid/long term. It has a beautiful view from the balcony where we spend countless of hours🌞

The apartament was exactly as described. It was very well organised and equipped which made my stay very comfortable and felt like home away from home. The location is amazing! Everything is at your doorstep. Perfect for discovering the city. You are right at the heart of Lisbon. Sandra is extremely welcoming and very responsive. She makes a great landlord and gives many useful tips. Highly recommended.

Gracinda is an exceptionally kind and warm-hearted person! I am so grateful to her for her hospitality and help. My room was very clean, sunny, and cozy, with a pleasant view from the window. All other spaces were just as comfortable. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all, the atmosphere was really very warm. It was also important for me that all the other residents were very nice people. I definitely recommend Gracinda and her apartment!

We stayed here for a month, and it looks like they’ve improved the bed—it was comfortable, clean, and odor-free. The apartment was clean overall and had everything needed for a long stay. It’s in a quiet area at the top of a cliff, with the Ascensor conveniently right outside the door for easy access. We did run into a small ant infestation early on due to leftover rotten food in the pantry, but the landlord eventually helped by dropping off spray. When we moved out, we were required to do a deep clean, though they offered a €50 cleaning service if preferred. There’s no washer onsite, but a nearby laundromat offers washes starting at €5. Overall, it was mostly a positive experience.

Byt se nachází v blízkosti metra B i tramvaje Křižíkova (3 min chuze), kde je i veškerá občanská vybavenost... restaurace, kavárny, obchody. Byt měl základní a dostačující vybavení. Vlastníci bytu mají kancelář přímo u vchodu, takže předávání bytu či jakékoliv jiné záležitosti je možné řešit i přímo osobně.

Byt je na idealnim miste ke vsemu blizko. S majitelem byla uzasna domluva a jeste jednou moc dekujeme za moznost si vzit i nase ctyrnohe mazlicky :)
