Don’t doubt this place for a second, it’s a unique opportunity in the center of the city. And the landlords are beautiful, helpful and amazing people.

I had a happy 5 weeks here in April-May 2025 and found it very comfortable and convenient. Agnes was very helpful and the flat is extremely well kitted out with kitchen equipment and gadgets. The internet was fast and reliable and the heating worked well. The bed, on the mezzanine, was very comfortable. The washing machine was great. The flat is very central and most things are walkable. There's are supermarkets and the main market close by. The Danube is only a street away. I wouldn't hesitate to try to stay here on a future visit; it met all my needs and was good value.

This apartment is incredibly cozy, with a charming vintage interior that gives it a lot of character. It's located in a peaceful neighborhood, which made our stay feel truly relaxing. One of the absolute highlights was the beautiful terrace with a stunning view — we spent nearly every breakfast and lunch out there, soaking up the atmosphere. It quickly became our favorite spot in the apartment. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

The place is amazing and the host is very laid back.

Evening was wonderful. The house and house.

Awesome! Thank you, Zoe.

Gil is by far the best host we’ve had on Flatio.

From the moment we arrived—during a challenging period of electricity blackouts—he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing food and some cash to help us settle in. Throughout our stay, he was incredibly responsive, quickly addressing even the smallest issues and always ready with excellent local recommendations that made our time in Lisbon even more enjoyable.

The apartment itself is stunning: spotless, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located in the heart of Baixa. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The host was attentive and helped with the questions requested.

Very pleasant stay!
The place is spacious and well equipped, located in a quite and peaceful neighbourhood. The neighbours were very nice. 0-24 supermarket is within 5 mins walk and a lot of shops and restaurants are within 10 mins. Beautiful Mechwart liget park is very close too. The place is ideal for someone who has a remote job and needs to spend long time working from home while being close enough to the city. Had no problem whatsoever with anything during my stay. Owner was very sweet and helped me whenever needed. 10/10 exactly what I was looking for when I wanted to rent.

It’s a beautiful, comfortable flat. Kind and responsive owner. Many thanks to him. Convenient location. It’s a nice place to stay in Prague.

Lovely flat, well located in the middle of it all.

Grocery store nearby, Mercado Central a few steps nearby, bus stops, bike rentals, restaurants, etc.

The flat is very comfortable, spacious and gorgeous.

We've enjoyed it like our home. It's warm and confortable appartment in a pleaseant neighbourhood, where you can find nice parks, markets and restaurants taking a small walk. Downtown is close to the flat, only 20 min by walk.
Martina is a nice host, she's been attentive
solving us some issues during our stay.

Michaela is a very friendly landlord. She accommodated my additional requests, and one of them concerned the decoration of the flat.

Pedro was an excellent host. He was easy to communicate and was a flexible host. The flat was spacious and was as described, beautifully decorated. We had no issues.

We stayed here for a month and honestly, we didn’t want to leave! After years of traveling through 30+ countries, this was hands down one of the most thoughtfully-equipped places we’ve stayed in. You can tell the owner and Lorena really understand what makes a space feel welcoming—as every little detail was thought through, making it feel like a real home, instead of just another rental.

It’s beautifully decorated, with high ceilings, original frescos, and so so so much natural light! The bed was insanely comfortable allowing us to get so much great rest. And the location couldn’t be better... right on the main pedestrian street with a cute balcony for people-watching, but still somehow really quiet inside.

As digital nomads, we also really appreciated the strong, reliable WiFi—no issues at all with video calls or remote work.

We felt so at home here, and genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a space that gets all the little details right, but this one absolutely did. We’re already missing it—and will 100% be back!!

Nagyon kedves segítőkész tulajok, tiszta és hangulatos lakás. Mindenkinek szívesen ajánlom!

Incredibly convenient location with an accommodating and supportive host. Apartment has all the basics for your stay.

Maria is a very nice person and I have warm and good memories after communicating with her. As for the apartment, it is spacious and comfortable. The area is one of the most elite in Porto. I definitely recommend it.

Diana is a good landlady, the apartment in general is great.

Nice apartment, quiet neighborhood

I cannot imagine anyone being more welcoming ot friendly
The accommodation was perfect

Great value for money. Apartment is great and the host is super helpful and responsive. Location is not central and the metro is far but there are few parks just around.

The owner is helpful, quick to respond, and nearby if you have any questions. The apartment is true to the pictures, clean, simple yet comfortable and is an excellent location.
