Great stay in a central location right within a shopping mall. Communication with Vitor was excellent - he was always available. The flat was regularly cleaned to a very professional standards every week. Everyone was very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The access to the co-working space was a great benefit too.

I stayed in this apt for 2 months with my son. We were very happy here. The apt is large with very spacious bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms, both with toilets in them-so no waiting to use the loo. The kithen was well equipped with a dishwasher, and there is dinning area next to it. There was a vacuum and mob to keep up to nice clean state it was in when we arrived. Maria who was Jul's representative here in Budapest was very kind and helpful and brought around new mirowave and kettle to use immediately. Jul was available to communicate with as well and promptly responded. The apt had high celings that added to a sense of openness and the windows which we kept open in the hotter days provides nice light and air. We found the apt was cooler inside than out so were comfortable as the weather become warmer. The area is very handy to transport, we used trams, buses and the metro to get around Budapest. Close to shops restaurantes supermarkets and cafes in the area. Great location great Apt.

Overall great experience and very good communication with the landlord. Apartment had very good internet connection and a small portable air conditioning unit that helped stay cool during warm nights.

This is hands down the best experience I've ever had renting a place from the owners. Beginning with my first message to Ursula to inquire about the rental, I knew this would be special. The flat itself is small but extremely well-designed and has everything one needs. But that's just the beginning. Ursula and Stefan are more than landlords, they are an extremely kind couple who take genuine interest in the welfare and happiness of their tenants and I now count them as friends. The flat is located in the village of Murches, which is quiet and quaint and provides a serene home base. Cascais is a short bus or Uber ride away.

The apartment is very cosy and just 3 from the bus stop. katila is very friendly and she help me alot.

Je suis restée six mois dans cet appartement que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Il est très bien équipé et fonctionnel. L'appartement est également très bien situé, environ 20 min à pied du vieux centre. Il donne sur une cour ce qui le rend très calme. Je recommande vivement cet appartement !

Apartment is in a great central location! Very clean and good facilities. Note, the address is "Travessa da Rua Cha", not "Rua Cha" as I was confused on arrival because Google maps does not recognise the address. However the landlord was quickly available via WhatsApp to assist and it was close nearby. The apartment was missing some key things essential for a long stay such as a chopping board, toilet brush (after 2 weeks I was able to ask housekeeping servicing another apartment for this), basic cooking ingredients (oil, sugar, salt/pepper) and basic cleaning supplies (dishwashing liquid, sponge). Also, only 2 coffee capsules were provided and there are no comfortable chairs for working at the table, only wooden stools. Although, the apartment seems to be quite new to being rented as all the saucepans and dishes still had the purchase stickers on them. The airconditioner stopped working after one week and was not functioning for over a week and despite informing the landlord the day after this was discovered, I received little communication about when it would be fixed. Unfortunately this meant it was necessary to have the windows open for ventilation and the traffic, rubbish collection and nearby building noise was quite loud, especially for sleeping. When I requested to extend my stay 2 extra nights, I was charged an inflated short stay rate, despite no extra housekeeping being required. Nevertheless, I think most of the issues were due to the apartment being newly rented and otherwise, it is well appointed with the bed, linen and shower of excellent quality. It's also in a fantastic location! I would recommend staying here.

We express our sincere gratitude for the landlord for providing the most positive experience about living in Portugal. We do very appreciate his caring and cooperative attitude towards our family. Especially, kids really enjoyed their stay and loved the house, small garden with beautiful flowers and infrastructure around the place. Definitely, place to choose again in the future!

Everything was great with the flat. It is as described. Great location in city center. Easy to get anywhere in the city via Metro, tram or bus. You can also walk to a lot of major attractions on Pest side within 10-15 mins.

I am very pleased with this house! It is maximally prepared for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal (the very center of Pacos de Brandao, 15 minutes by car to the ocean, 3 minutes to a large hypermarket). The house is very pleasant in the heat (you don't have to use air conditioning). Communication with Joana was easy and pleasant!

Wonderful, clean, bright flat with everything you need. We stayed for three weeks and felt very at home. Great location for the metro and local cafés and supermarkets. Pedro is really friendly, helpful and quick to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the loft apartment, and the loft window was the best part when waking up in the mornings. No issues with internet and all the appliances worked well. The geyser/water heater got cold very quickly, however setting the temperature up to 65 Centigrade allowed two folks to shower for 5 minutes in succession at least. Security was very good. Parking was a challenge especially if coming home in the late afternoon; we managed to find a parking nook consistently available one row of street up, but never close to the apartment. Linen was very clean and we made sure everything would be washed before we left and floors washed. The layout of the apartment was a little challenging, however we made it work. We will consider booking here for friends and family visiting us in future.

Meeting Lucas in his flat was very enjoyable: the atmosphere was as friendly as always when you come to Greece. Besides, Lucas is a very helpful person, I could ask and text him at any time for help as well as for restaurants recommendations. The flat is also decorated in a very impressive style - I appreciated that it was made by him all on his own. I was also glad that I could cook at any time as well as making myself some espresso.
