We were staying at Andreia’s apartment for 1 month. We came to give birth to our daughter in Porto. The experience with Andreia was great! There’s everything in apartment for comfort living, and Andreia made it great for living with babies. I highly recommend this apartment!

Really great flat, we lived and worked there for 5 weeks and had no issues. It was a good size for a couple and had everything we needed! The desk and monitor was a nice addition and overall we felt at home here. Luis was a brilliant landlord, very communicative, fast to respond and gave us lots of helpful advice.

Cozy apartment with a great location. The apartment has everything you need and more for a long-term stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, and there are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cups, and cutlery. The bedroom has a comfortable and convenient bed and a large wardrobe for storing things. During the hot days of May, the apartment was comfortable and cool, and in winter, two heaters in the hall and bedroom provide enough warmth. Additionally, there is a small heater in the bathroom. The main thing is that there is no mold in the apartment, and it has good ventilation. The location is very convenient. There are two parks nearby: one with a forest area, a garden, lakes, and a playground; the other is a modern park with artificial canals, a fountain, and birds. There are two large supermarkets, Continente and Pingo Doce, within walking distance. Additionally, cafes and small grocery and hardware stores are just a minute away from the apartment. Furthermore, there is a gym, schools, kindergartens, a pharmacy, a post office, and good transport connections (Lumiar, Quinta das Conchas railway station). The airport is relatively close, but the apartment has good soundproofing windows, so you can't hear the planes. The owner of the apartment, Maria, welcomed us very hospitably, responded quickly to our requests, and is a very positive and friendly person. Communication was easy. We are very grateful for her hospitality and wish her all the best. I highly recommend it.

Lovely apartment in a well kept, secure complex, conveniently located for the beach and marina. Apartment was very well equipped. Celia was friendly and helpful, good communication.

The flat was everything I needed for a month. It was clean and bedroom, kitchen and bathroom equipped with all the necessities. The flat was very close to the center of the city (2 tram stops) and supermarket. Jana was an excellent host, very quick to respond and friendly. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to everyone!

Pokoj je prostorný a pohodlný, je jako na fotografii. Lokalita je vřele doporučena, vše velmi blízko a hlavně park Stromovka. Šárka velmi milá a ochotná pomoci. Nevýhoda: Není zde výtah a byt je ve třetím patře. HOSTS'S REPLY: Děkuju za milé hodnocení. Jen ohledně výtahu je u nabídky uvedené, že se byt nachází ve 3. patře bez výtahu.

Helena is an excellent host, she was extremely accommodating and communicated well. The apartment was exactly as advertised, and the neighbourhood had everything you could need close by. I really enjoyed my time there.

The flat was newly and tastefully renovated and very well equipped, with 2 working desks, spacious and with lots of natural light. The location is excellent close to transport on a busy touristy street but still very quiet. The condition of the flat was excellent and very clean and the communication was efficient and without any issues. Highly recommended!

Bernardo was caring and helpful. He arranged for a toddler bed and feeding table when he saw we have a baby. Those two were a game changer, making our vacation go smoother. He was also very accomodating to other requests :). Thank you Bernardo.

The room was very cosy and comfortable. The family house is spacious and has all the amenities needed. The landlord was accommodating, kind and responded almost immediately to any inquiry.

David is an amazing host. Very helpful at all times and dedicated. The apartment is in a great location and very well kept.

Excellent location for relaxation. The owner was very helpful. The apartments have everything you need for a long-term stay. The apartment is very bright, large bathroom. Air conditioner with voice control. Unfortunately, internet not very stable, because of old 2.4Ghz router, bit it works. Among the inconveniences in winter, mold appears in the bedroom and shower; the air conditioner cannot cope with drying the air. Just be prepared, Perhaps this is because of the ocean, which is 5 minutes away. But in the summer there shouldn’t be such a problem.

The house was clean and it was really quiete. The neighbourhood is very safe, parking space is enough in the street or nearbye. The tram is very near and goes every 5 minutes to the center, which is really good. Sometimes the kitchen was really dirty, but this depended on the people living in the house. Most of the time it was clean, but the first month I lived there and the last two month I was there it was really dirty. The landlord is very nice and caring and if you have any problems he solved it really fast.

Ksenia was a great landlord to work with. I was particularly impressed with her and her husband's attention to detail with everthing to do with the apartment. From it's wonderful design, to how completely and thoughtfully it was appointed with all the necessities and beyond, everything about the apartment and my stay there was wonderful. Thank you, Ksenia!
