Everything was cool.
The location of the flat is super for touristic aims: close to main attractions and the shopping street, there're plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Also there are 2 good supermarkets in the area, one is working everyday till 11 pm, which is great.
From there you can also reach both railway stations (São Bento, Campanhã) in about 20-25 mins by foot.

I think there may be too noisy in the summer: there's only a fan in the room and no A/C, so you will need to open windows. Anyway, we were there in february and it was very warm and calm there.

The apartment was perfect for a short stay while I found long-term accommodation. The studio is very well organised and laid out, so it feels very big and the areas feel separated. Very pleased with my stay.

Diana has a beautifully renovated luxury residence in the heart of Lisbon’s Chiado area near Bairro Alto and a short walk to principe real. . There weren’t any problems with the unit that I couldn’t handle on my own. Was easier for me to eat out than to cook and there are a ton of inexpensive restaurants in area and pricier ones too. You can find a range of places in the neighborhood which is near restaurant row - rua nuova Trinidade. Building has elevator which is major plus. Building is located on a street that has a staircase but it’s nearly at the bottom of a level. Just two short levels up to main drag at top of hill.

André and Andreia are wonderful hosts. They are very welcoming and helpful. They made us feel like friends, not just guests. They were always in touch about any questions.

We stayed in the flat for about a year and it was a real home for us. The flat is very comfortable. The flat had everything we needed, according to the pictures.

It was a great experience! Porto is a fantastic city, and you can see the ocean from the flat's window!

Thank you André and Andreia, we hope to be in touch in the future.

I had a very nice stay at Lauras appartement. The kitchen is well equiped and in general you have everything you need for a short or longterm stay. Laura is a very friendly and helpful host, not hesitating to drop by if you need something.

P.S.: The houses are generally a bit loud, but in my experience thats something difficult to avoid. Just bring some earplugs.

Sonia couldn't have been more helpful. The entire team that took care of us during our 3 month stay was wonderful. The apartment is lovely and very conveniently located and the staff are all kind, efficient and helpful. I heartily recommend and am telling people about them whenever I can.

The apartment was very well located, just a few minutes by tram or bus from the city center. Moreover, the inside of the apartment was very great and we had everything we needed. Good kitchen, modern bathroom, a big living room and a nice bedroom. Pavel was very helpful before and during our stay and we always felt like we could contact him with any troubles we had. I would definitely recommend staying at Pavel’s apartment!

Lovely apartment with everything included for my stay.
The location is ideal and within walking distance of a large supermarket.
I do alot of spinning classes and there is a really good gym for this on the bottom floor of the apartment block.
I know Madeira island fairly well having stayed for long periods in the past and can recommend the island the landlady and the cosy apartment.

The apartment was great. The location in was a five minute walk from the train (west to Cascais, not the underground), and a one minute walk from a few very delicious cafes and restaurants. Many bus lines were on the corner right outside the apartment - very convenient! The apt itself was very cute, with a bed in the attic space that our teenager loved as her bedroom. We rented this space as we transitioned from the USA to PT as a permanent move. We are learning Portuguese and moved to a more heavily Portuguese neighborhood (Ajuda) after staying in Santos, but Santos was perfect for tue transition as many shop and cafe owners in the immediate area could speak some English. Not that you should rely eon this. It’s your job to learn Portuguese, not their job to know English! But that being said, it was helpful for a smooth transition. I would definitely recommend this apt!
