I had the pleasure of staying at Sonia’s place for one month, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. Sonia is an exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive host who is always available to help and make sure her guests have the most comfortable stay possible. The house and apartment are consistently clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a practical and stress-free daily life. The location is another major advantage: there is a bus stop right next to the property, and the train station is only a two-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to travel anywhere in Lisbon and beyond. The neighborhood is very safe, quiet, and pleasant. Within just a few minutes on foot, you can find everything you might need, including grocery stores, ATMs, bakeries, restaurants, and a gym. As someone who is usually quite demanding when it comes to accommodation, I can honestly say that this stay was perfectly suited to my needs. On top of that, the price is extremely reasonable compared to the current rental market in Lisbon. Based on my experience, it would be difficult to find a better combination of comfort, convenience, hospitality, and value for money in Lisbon. I highly recommend Sonia’s place to anyone looking for a pleasant and worry-free stay.

I'm glad I decided for this offering. The owner is a very friendly and supportive lady who put a lot of energy into the renovation. The apartment is comfortable for two people with a large balcony with a view on the ocean. The location is central, just a few meters from the ocean, groceries, main street with a lot of restaurants. We had a lovely stay and didn't want to leave. I recommend this apartment.

The room was very clean, well-equipped and had a warm, cosy atmosphere. The bathroom is fitted with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The shower area might feel a little cramped for men, but it is certainly spacious enough for washing. The location was also good. It's 4 minutes away from the closest station. The owner was very quick to answer my messages.

I recommend this flat, very nice for long stay. Everything was clean and working well. The flat at Skacelova is perfectly located at several shops and public transport stops, so that you get easily to the city center. The landlord is very kind and he was really concerned that everything was satisfying.

The apartment was lovely and so was the host, Ursula. Ursula was kind and communicative and the place was gorgeous and very well kept. Loved getting to stay here for a couple months!

Host spoke English, was flexible and answered quick. Very friendly. Appartment was clean, nicely decorated, balcony was superb! Washer, dryer, oven, microwave, big fridge. Good bed.

Great coliving experience. The shared apartment was big, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The landlord was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The location is excellent, in a pleasant neighborhood close to the city center, with shops and all essential amenities nearby. I would happily stay here again.

Really nice apartment right in the heart of Budapest, great location, walking distance from everything. The place is well equipped and comfortable, exactly as described. Agnes and Andra were super easy to deal with throughout the whole stay, always responsive, friendly, and helpful whenever needed. The whole experience felt very smooth and personal, which makes a real difference during a longer stay. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The location was very convenient, with a tram just a few minutes’ walk away and only three stops to the metro, making it very easy to get around the city. There were a few small things that came up during the stay - the host was always approachable, positive, and very helpful, which made everything easy to sort out. Overall, a comfortable and well-located place, and I would be happy to recommend it.

The accommodation is very spacious and has everything you need. The owner was always quick to react when we had an issue. However, I will say that the neighbourhood is kind of noisy because of all the buildings that are being renovated around the apartment. The work next door was almost done when we left but it was sometimes a burden for us. Other than that the neighbourhood is calm and the apartment has a very good situation, near a metro station and a beautiful park.

A Vale foi sempre muito prestável e simpática e ajudou sempre que necessário. O quarto era muito espaçoso, limpo e com imensa arrumação.

We had some issues at the start, and we were moved to other houses because the property we were going into needed repairs. After a week we got into our actual booked house, and everything went smooth after that, they even offered a discount in the price for the issues, they answer quickly to everything and were always up to help, very recommended even with our first crazy week
