Really nice flat, good contact with landlord.

The apartment is in reality better than in the photos, there's everything you may need for a long-term comfortable stay. It's quite spacious and has some working places. The bed in the master's bedroom is so comfortable, it was so nice to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of mountain spring running under the window. The view from the balcony is absolutely fantastic. We spent most of evenings there contemplating aunforgettable sunsets. Rosabel with her family are the sweetest people, very responsive and helpful, they treated us to the delicious fruits and vegetables from their garden. We enjoyed our stay in this apartment and strongly recommend

Alex and Cumie are some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet! In fact, they are so that I’m planning on revisiting Mallorca and staying in their house again! They are extremely eager to help you, and super flexible and accommodating. They are also open to feedback so should you have any problems, don’t hesitate to reach out to them. Room 3 is beautiful, comfy, and there’s definitely enough space for you and your stuff. It’s exactly as pictured: there’s a single bed, two lamps, a desk by the window, a small heater for the winter months, and a couple of chairs. It’s also located on the side of a busy street and unfortunately it can get loud during the day and at night. If you are sensitive to loud sounds like me, or if your work requires video calling, I’d recommend asking Alex if another room is vacant, or if there’s another space you could use during those instances (if video calling is infrequent for your work). There may also be a construction crew from time to time that’s there to fix/build new and cool things!! Cumie, Alex’s wife, is very good about letting tenants know when the construction workers will be there, so you’ll be given a heads-up if that happens so you can adjust accordingly if this interferes with your work. Cumie and Alex are both super communicative and understanding, so you’ll be in good hands! There’s also a wifi-extender on the floor, very close to the room, so hopefully that should help with the wifi speed for your work. We encountered some wifi problems during my stay, but a new router seemed to fix all the issues! 😊 Now on to the house! It is exactly as pictured; super beautiful and spacious! There are also a couple of bikes that tenants can use during their stay so they can explore the surrounding areas! This truly is a wonderful opportunity since Sa Pobla is so full of nature! There’s also a large kitchen that’s fully equipped, and mini-fridges (with a small freezer) for each tenant. There’s plenty of space for your food; just keep in mind that since you’ll be living very close to nature you may encounter some critters from time to time. Nothing to worry about though! Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I’m very excited to visit again!

The apartment has been a home from home. Pictures online depict what you find onsite - tastefully decorated, clean accommodation in a tranquil setting. The apartment has great sun exposure and is light and bright all day long. It is surrounded by a spacious garden. The landlord is easy going and very accommodating. We could not have been happier with or stay.

The owner was very kind to us and the communication was perfect. The appartment is very well located, in the center of Prague and close to the public transports. The flat is ok for two persons, we enjoyed our stay (5 months) in it. However, it is old and need some renovations such as in the bathroom.

Perfect location, flexible owner, very helpful, bright, spacious room and kitchen, modern bathroom. The street is noisy, however, for me it was not at all disturbing with closed windows. I can only recommend it.

Really nice and comfortable house and room. Maria is truly kind in giving an enjoyable stay with amenities for you and makes sure you get to know Lisbon and the surroundings, which are excellent since you're just minutes away from the metro and the main train/bus station and mall. I definitely recommend her and her house if you want to have a pleasant stay in Lisbon.

I had a wonderful stay in this appartement. I had everything I needed and the location was very convenient. Also, when I arrived, the appartement was very clean. Whenever I had questions, I could simply text the owner with quick response. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

The appartement is nice, with great flatmates. The access to the tram is easy in around 5 minutes at the tram stop Baterie. The room for itself is quite small but survivable. Eliška is a really great person and helped me a lot during these month in Prague, I thank her a lot.

Na tomto místě jsem žila více než rok a musím říct, že ještě nikde jsem se necítila tak skvěle. V bytečku na vás dýchne nádherná klidná atmosféra. Za mne toto bydlení naprosto splnilo mé náročné požadavky. Byt je opravdu krásný a útulný, ve skvělé a klidné čtvrti a s vlastním parkovacím stáním, což považuji za velkou výhodu. Pan majitel je skvělý člověk, který mi vždy se vším vyšel vstříc a co bylo potřeba zařídil. Moc děkuji za to, že jsem měla možnost zde bydlet. Rozhodně pronájem těchto prostor doporučuji. ♥️

Skvělé ubytování kousek od centra Prahy. Byt byl velmi útulný a vybavený vším potřebným. Paní Věra byla velmi vstřícná a nápomocná. Rozhodně vřele doporučuji!

Very nice and clean flat, 10 minutes to the center.

Majitel, Dušan, je velmi milý člověk a se vším nám rád pomohl. Byt se nám moc líbil, lokace je super, opravdu kousíček od centra. I přes menší rozměry garsonky se tu člověk cítí jak doma - vše je chytře vyřešeno. Moc doporučujeme.

Very nice apartment, has everything you need. I worked remotely for two months and had great internet, even better than my internet at home. I asked for a closet for storage and they put it there for me, which was very nice. The landlord always responded fast to my questions and was always friendly. The location is great since its in the centre of Funchal. The supermarket and beach are very close. The only downside is the noise of the traffic. If you close your window at night and wear earplugs its okay. Overall experience is positive!

I had a wonderful stay in Budapest. Toby' flat is located in the centre of Budapest with many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. The flat was clean and well equipped and I felt like home in his apartment.
