The apartment is very well situated for visiting BP, it has all the needed basics (including capsule coffee maker :-). It is spacious for 4 people. On the ground floor with a small courtyard, practical with children. Unfortunately we were there during construction happening with 2 neighbours. The issue mentioned by previous tenants about CO2 risk has been dealt with and there is a CO2 detector in the bathroom. Linda, was very responsive and we had no issues whatsoever.

The apartment is fantastic, very, very spacious, has everything you could need and wifi worked great! Kitchen is very well equipped. Lots of closet space. We stayed for 5 weeks and it was perfect. Close to the marina, just 10-15 minutes walk to the center of Lagos and close to a grocery store and restaurants. Checking in was very easy and smooth. Carlos was very responsive, always got back to us quickly and took care of anything we needed to sort out. Thank you very much Carlos for a lovely stay! Would definitely recommend!

Eva's apartment is very clean, comfortable and updated with everything you need for a long stay in Prague. Eva was quick to respond before and during my stay and helped to ensure everything was ready for my arrival to Prague. She was also flexible with my arrival and departure meetings which were challenging due to flight schedules.

We had a fantastic stay in Isabel's place. Well appointed, great location for walking into Ponta Delgada or driving to explore all parts of the island. When we arrived, we were met by Isabel and greeted with many local favorites. Having a private outdoor space and an appointed parking space was a bonus. Without question we would recommend renting from Isabel again.

The apartment is perfectly located, central, close to everything in a calm side street right between the busy streets. The restaurants right below the apartment are very nice and serve very good food, less expensive than in the main streets. The cuban restaurant also makes delicious cocktails.
The apartment itself is as described, nicely layed out and for me the bed has the perfect mattress. The kitchen has all necessary equipment for simple cooking. It’s definitely nothing for elaborate meals. There’s just not really space to work.
The only thing which was a bit disturbing at times, was the lack of sound isolation to the apartment below. If the neighbours are in the bathroom every word is hearable, as it were in the same room. Anyway that was only rarely the case, so no big thing for me.

Awesome studio in a great neighborhood. Cooking was a bit complicated as there is only a hot plate, so if you're needing to make something with multiple pans you've got to get creative. Lots of sun and relatively quiet aside from general street noise. Miguel is incredible and went above and beyond to make sure I was safe & comfortable, I genuinely appreciate all of his help & awesome recommendations.

The flat is perfect for one person or a couple and very well located between the main train station and Muzeum. It comes with everything necessary (plates, cutlery, glasses, pillows, bedsheets...). Hoa and her family were very helpful during our stay and super polite. During our time there, we had a problem with the water pipe (not related directly with the flat but with the entire building) and they solved it by next day, even though it was during the weekend. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is thinking about living for a period of time in Prague!

Krásný prostorný byt po totální rekonstrukci. Oceňuji dobrou komunikaci ze strany majitelky.
Výhodou je lokalita, odkud je blízko do centra a přitom je zde klid.
Byt má dobrou dispozici, včetně šatny. Navíc je zde balkon. Spotřebiče jsou moderní. Obývací pokoj je krásně světlý a velký.
Byt nám poskytl azyl po dobu rekonstrukce našeho bytu a bydlení zde splnilo vše, co jsme od něho očekávali.
Mohu jenom doporučit.
