Nice place

Really nice place with sea view, close to the Forum Shopping Center and a bus stop right in front of the door. Sometimes a little bit noisy during the day, but super silent at night.

That was a perfect month spent in the most beautiful houses of Lisbon! Interior decorated in nice blue colors, great stylish furniture. Rooms have enough space and air, all required goods were in the house. Basilio is a super-attentive host with the perfect English, he provided us with all the possible ideas on where to spend free time, buy food and have fun. There is a small park in 200 meters up from the house, with the kids and sports areas, where you can walk a dog and have some rest in a small cafe. Couple of small shops and restorants nearby, big supermarket Lidl within walking distance. Bus station in 1 min, so you can visit city-center w/o car and have some drinks:) I would recommend this place for sure!

Everything was perfect

The apartment is really nicely furnitured, we found there everything we needed for a 3 months stay. Bedrooms are perfect, bathroom is fine as well, the only thing that can be a bit disturbing is kitchen which is pretty dark (but it's fine, since it's beautiful out there and it makes you want to leave the place and explore the city :)). At the beginning of our stay we experienced some issues with wifi (we wanted to work in 2 separate bedrooms, both me and my husband, and the connection was too weak). We reported that to Luisa and she organized much better connection and a dedicated router super quickly, which was completely sufficient for remote work for 2 people. The apartment is generally well equipped, the washing machine is there, you migth miss an oven if you're staying for a bit longer, but there's a microwave which was a plus for us. Location is perfect - you're in the center of Funchal, but you do not experience a lot of tourists and it gets quickly calm in the evenings. The owners of the restaurant downstairs are super friendly and you really can feel welcomed there. Luisa was perfect as a host, super responsive and caring.

Ramiro is the best landlord ever! We had a lot of things in common and he is a very smart and kind person. He picked me up from the train station as it was raining and no taxi was available. Every question/issue I had, was answered immediately and friendly. I was in Lagos for 4 weeks and worked remotely in the flat. The internet-connection was stable and fast (100Mbit), so video conferencing and also network heavy applications didn't make any problems. The flat is clean and everything you need for your daily living is there. A coffee machine, kettle, iron and ironing board, fridge, stove ... In the flat is a balcony, but during the day there is a lot of traffic. I'm very sensitive to noise and the neighbourhood is sometimes a little bit loud, so I had to use ear plugs during the nights.

Gostamos muito da casa, tem uma localização muito boa. Quanto aos utensilios tem tudo o necessário para uma longa e boa estadia. Recomendamos.

Sehr schöne kleine saubere Wohnung mit sehr guter Verkehrsanbindung (U-Bahn). Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert für kurze Aufenthalte, aber auch für längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet (allerdings keine Waschmaschine vorhanden). Trotz Lage an einer viel befahrenen Straße war es (bei geschlossenem Fenster) nicht zu laut. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Hello, Great Home, Very Nice location that is extremely practical . However when you stay for a long time the kitchen isn’t very well equipped. However the team is very reactive and will help out with anything :))

Our hosts Zuzana and Victor were extremely helpful and supportive. It was the warmest welcome ever. As per apartment, there are particularly comfortable. Bedroom overlooking to quite backyard so it is ideal for sleep, while spacious open-plan kitchen convenient for cooking, working and just relaxing. It's only 30 min by tram to the city center. Several park are in short walk. We really enjoyed one month of our living there.

We had a great time in Robert's flat. The location was perfect, really close to Ráday street where you can find great cafes, bakeries and pubs. Public transportation is 5 min by walk as well. The apartment is big so its perfect even for more than 2 people. Róbert was really helpful and friendly, he even left us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift :) It was easy to communicate with him.

Ricardo is the type of landlord that any renter would love. Ricardo is multilingual and has a vast knowledge of his rental area. Ricardo went out his way to share with me tips about the area to make me feel comfortable with my transition. There are grocery stores, a pharmacy, souvenirs shops, and clothing stores within walking distance. Did I mention restaurants? There is a Michelin Award restaurant within a short walking distance among others. The apartment is just as pictured with comfortable furnishings. The unit had everything that I needed to make me feel at home. Thank you Ricardo for helping me with my transition into my new Portuguese life.

I’ve stayed in a lot of rentals and I can say Claudia is by far the best host I’ve ever had. The pictures don’t do the flat justice.

Yordan has been a wonderful landlord. After being here for awhile the flat had a window security blind that needed to be repaired and Yordan had someone come over right away to fix it.

Linda was very helpful. Very quick responses and she was very accommodating when I moved in and had not notified her of the time prior to that morning.
