Luis is very helpful and always there for his guests. The place was nice and suitable also for longer stays. Swimming pool is clean a water well temperatured. The position of Luis apartments is just a few minutes by car from center of Lagos. Also roads to Luz, Sagres, Faro are nearby. Although place is quite and there is no noise from surrounded area. Looking forward to visit this place again.

Danny was an excellent host! He was communicative, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His home was updated with all the appliances we needed. He was flexible, kind and helped us with anything we needed. I highly recommend staying at Danny’s!

Landlord was very nice and always tried to help out. The apartment was super nice but can get very hot as there's no fans or air conditioning. The internet was a bit unstable as very, often losing signal or becoming very slow. Very nice day though and everything you need in a place

This apartment is very comfortable and cozy nearby the city center. It has a big hypermarket and a lot of nice cafes. One of them has Fado at the weekend, very pleasant. Thank you so much ! 😊 😊

The building is located in a calm area, with a bus nearby that takes you to Chodov (metro/mall) in less than 10 minutes, or you can walk 10 minutes to Chodovec bus station with lots of options (Smichov station in 10min for example) or walk 15 minutes to Chodov metro station. The building is recent and clean, neighbors are quiet. The flat itself has everything you need during you stay. Fridge, oven, hotplates and washing machine, tv and wifi work perfectly. The mattress of the bed is firm but still confortable, there are clean towels and bed sheets available. The communication with Daniela for checking in and out was smooth, we had no problem during our stay so we didn't need to contact her for something else. The only negative point we want to mention was the cleanliness : the flat needed a good vacuuming when we arrived, there was lots of dust and webs. And we also had to clean and declutter everything in the kitchen (cupboards, drawers, oven, kitchen hood, utensils and tableware...) Overall, we had a pleasant stay here and will definitely come back if we have the opportunity.

Nice short stay close to centre and great communication with the owner.

Appartment is very bright and cosy. We stayed for a month and felt really comfortable, like at home. Good location allows to easily reach to the famous signts. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby where we found chech and international quisine.

Genuinely welcoming, easygoing and trustworthy host. The apartment was clean and modern, equipped with everything you need.

Esa’s son Lauri - who lives below the apartment, is incredibly nice and helpful. The apartments’s handover went smoothly, we had no issues. The penthouse is huge, clean and well equipped. The bigger terrace has a view of Cabo Girao - every evening we had a chance to see a wonderful sunset over the cliff and ocean. In the second terrace there were some succulents (Lauri, we hope we took a good care for them) and sometimes lizards were chilling there - it was really fun to watch them :) We think the photos on Flatio don’t show how great the apartment is- you need to see it yourself. The price is great, so don’t hesitate - I don’t think you can find a better place in Funchal in this standard and price range. The location is just perfect, because you can get to the city center by foot in 30 minutes and also get to the Formosa beach (great to see the sunset) in 15 minutes. Of course, if you rent a car, it will be much quicker - there’s also a garage space, so you don’t need to spend much money on parking. There’s also Forum Madeira just a few minutes from the apartment - there’s Pingo Doce inside, that’s where we bought most of our groceries. Now the swimming pool! It’s not big, but if you don’t feel like going down to the beach or just sunbathing on terrace (by the way, the sun in August is wild - you can get sunburnt in 30 minutes), it’s really great! During the day there’s some families and children, but in the evening you can enjoy it usually just on your own. Before coming here, we had no idea about the pool (it just wasn’t a priority), so it was a really nice surprise :) To sum up, this place is great to live - perfect spot to get to every part of Madeira, it has two big workspaces if you work remotely (and great internet connection! It’s really important), spacious kitchen and you can just chill there and enjoy the view.

The flat is amazing! Really spacious and fully equiped. It's also located in a quiet and beautiful area. The Landlord (Lenka) was really suportive.

It was a very nice flat with everything you need to be able to live properly and the owner had a long and descriptive paper where she wrote all of the generel things you have to do.

The location was excellent in the old town in the city centre. Everything you need is close by from shops, bar, restaurants and public transport. The Apartment was very nice and clean. It was spacious and well equipped. You had everything you needed. Is probably the best location in the city. The hosts are very helpful and Accommodating to any needs. I spoke with Rudolf and his daughter Zuzana. They are both lovely people and me feel very welcome. Zuzana was very friendly and polite. She’s a absolutely fantastic host and a lovely person. I Would definitely recommend to book this place.

Absolutni spokojenost - velmi prijemny byt a ochotny majitel, Luzanecky park par metru od domu, vila Tugendhat za rohem, do centra blizko.

Pros: - well equipped kitchen - very clean - great central location - property company is very responsive - great internet connection Cons: - unfortunately it’s noisy (because of the busses outside) - not enough space to put clothes, shoes and bags (little wardrobe or couple of extra racks would solve this issue).
