Byt je pohodlnný a prostorný a v dobré lokalitě. Bohužel zámek dveří byl ze začátku velmi tuhý a odemknout byl problém, časem se to ale zlepšilo. V obívacím pokoji chybí závěsy, místnost na toaletu je malá a je ještě více zmenšená malým umyvadlem a úložným prostorem, který chybí v koupelně. Není kam si uložit hygienu a ve sprše chybí polička na šampon a mýdlo. Filtr ve sprše se ucpává a je třeba pravidelně čistit, jinak se sprcha rychle vyplaví. Po předání jsem v bytě našel psí hračku a granuli na podlaze, jinak byl byt ale čistý. Při předání bytu jsem byl domluvený s majitelem na 11:00, nicméně na schůzku nikdo nedorazil a po telefonování jsem byl informován že byt se stále uklízí. Do bytu jsem byl vpuštěn až po 14:20. Informace o přístup ke komunálnímu odpadu jsem nedostal a musel jsem kvůli nim volat a dostat funkční klíč. Žádal jsem o informace o prohlídkách bytu, ty jsem nedostal, následně majitel po mě chtěl týden před vystěhováním prohlídku bytu.

The host is very friendly and always ready to help. The apartment has a nice vibe, cozy and very functional, you can find in there everything you need during your stay. Enjoying a morning coffee from the balcony is a plus !

Everything was good

I stayed in this apartment with my friend for two months. Even though it's quite expensive than the other places (in my opinion), I can say it was nothing but comfortable. It's really close to the tram, bus station, supermarket, restaurants, and everything you need. Literally, everything is within walking distance. The room came equipped with a vacuum, mop, and cleaning supplies, which is a big plus. The space is very comfortable and soundproof, so there's no disturbance to or from the neighbors. However, in the summer, if you need to open the windows, it can get a bit noisy because of a nearby bar. There’s also an elevator in the building. The landlord, Matěj, is a great landlord. He communicates well, is friendly, kind, and doesn't have too many requests. In my experience, landlords can often be very demanding and nosy. Oh, and did I mention he gives a lot of free complimentary items? I won't spoil what they are, but trust me, he provides plenty of essential condiments. So yea, overall I would recommend this apartment to my friends. The only issue I had was with the price, but it’s understandable since it’s in a residential area. I loved my stay at the flat. It is so conveniently located to many amenities and natural trails as well. Lots of light and amazing sunsets. The owner of the flat is quick to respond and accommodated a few things that I asked for very quickly. Big thank you!

Patricie was an incredible host! Easy to communicate with, efficient move-in/out process but best of all was her kindness and terrific recommendations for local businesses and restaurants. The flat itself is very well designed, decorated beautifully and stocked with all the essentials as well as located in the perfect area and close to transportation. Highly recommend this property!

Location is unbeatable anywhere in Prague. Metro is right by the building as well as several tram stops. Also Albert Supermarket and coffee shops, restaurants etc everything short walk near by including nice park. Huge patio on the roof with nice views of Prague. The apartment is just right for 1 or 2 people with nice and well enough equipped kitchen. You find everything you need for cooking an occasional dinner. Nice big TV with all the channels you wish. Comfortable bed, reasonably quiet environment for sleep, considering it's 10 story apartment building. Lots of storage in the entrance hall, small but not cramped bathroom. I was there by myself this time but wouldn't hesitate to return with my husband . Communication with Johannes and his wife was easy and prompt.

Eduardo was a great host. He was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed ensure my comfort during my stay. He was always available to answer any questions. The house was clean and plenty of space all the kithen necessities and laundry equipment. I definitely recommend booking with Eduardo if you are planning a trip to Portugal.

Nádherný výhled ! Příjemné klima, nahoře i dobré spaní. Pro dočasné bydlení pro rodinu splnilo naprosto očekávání. Poloha v centru Prahy a v dosahu všeho potřebného.

The studio has a very high standard, everything was perfect. Jana was accommodating and took care of my comfort. I have no objections.

I absolutely love the place. A basement studio with a separate bathroom. It has been recently renovated and it includes a washer dryer combo. Ideal for 1 or 2 people. The landlord was extremely easy to deal with, always contactable. I didn't have any issues with the apartment The location is ideal for access to the airport and the rest of Prague. I worked at the airport at odd hours and it was always easy to find a ride to and from there. It was a 5 minute walk to the 191 bus or to catch the 59 bus to the airport or the 20 or 26 tram to the city. Tram 20 was great for trips to Prague castle or Andel. I would highly recommend even if you want to explore Prague as the transit connections are superb. There is a small grocery/convenience store up the street and several great restaurant/dining options nearby.

Bruna was excellent to deal with and took great care of us, she made sure check in was a breeze and even checked to see if we needed anything else during our stay. The flat was exactly as described, being small but quaint, well equipped with everything we needed and right in the middle of Alfama's touristy section with everything just steps away. We literally walked everywhere and had a wonderful time.

This holiday home exceeded our expectations in everything. Luís and his mom were hospitable and helpful with our every question or request. We stayed in a small cozy modern cottage in the middle of the grape plantation on a picturesque hill near Sao Vicente. There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and additionally, we were able to use a grill at the entrance to the cottage right next to a small outdoor dining area. The terrace on the second floor was our favorite spot to have a meal with the best outlook over the plantation and the hill. It's a nice location for those who like hiking as many trails are around this part of Madeira. It was nicely fresh at night as the clouds would come down the hill giving very light refreshing drizzle and yet very sunny and warm at daytime even though the end of September is not quite summer. We loved everything about our Madeira home and we are hopeful to be back to this beautiful countryside in the middle of the island. Thank you Luís for making our vacation exceptional!

Apartment is nice, but it needs more attention on details such as: general cleaning, lights and sinks.

The flat is very comfortable. The area is well supplied with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies etc.. In addition, it is only a few minutes' walk to the metro or tram station.
