The flat is lovely freshly renovated and pleasant. The best place to stay in Budapest. All attractions are close.
Communication with Landlord was excellent.

Byt odpovídal popisu, je příjemný a světlý. Některé části nábytku, zejména v koupelně byli mírně poškozené vlhkostí, ale nic zásadního. Hodnotím deseti body, protože opravdu vše odpovídalo popisu. I komunikace s majitelkou byla bezproblémová. Když byl nějaký problém, např. havárie u vodáren v dodávce vody, ihned jsem o tom od majitelky dostala zprávu. Nemám, co bych vytkla.

Good location, but no washing machine, Tv not working, electric stove as well. Communication was difficult with the manager of the flat. The apartment looks good, but doesn’t have all the amenities. It is suitable for a couple of days.

The accomodation exceeded expectation, I would give it a 10 however there are some minor interior things that would make the inside a little more comfortable (new couch/kitchen update) which I believe is already in the pipeline. Other than that this place is a dream, a real home from home with everything you need and the most beautiful views and sounds surrounding you. I would definitely rent here again and highly recommend.

The apartment was a studio type with a double bed, suitable for a couple. I had a friend stay one week and he was more than happy to sleep on a large sofa which was very comfortable. The apartment was clean and well equipped with a small balcony that had the sun in the mornings. Situated halfway between the train station and the boardwalk it was a great location for me. Restaurants, bars and shopping were all within easy walking distance.
Ana Cabrita and Milton Ferreira were excellent hosts. They made everything simple, very professional, and the couple of minor problems I had were sorted out very speedily. I would like to thank them for that.

Komunikace s majitelem rychlá a bezproblémová. Byt je v centru města. V docházkové dostupnosti je historická část města, veškerá vybavenost a městská doprava všech typů. Během 2 minut jste na hlavním uzlu nočních tramvají.

It feels like home! We stayed 3 months and totally loved it.
Maura and her family are so generous and loving, we felt like being part of the family.
The apartment is super spacious and bright - it is very well equipped and the location is very quiet (just some dogs barking now and then). The street is very steep and to walk to the center, especially the way back up, requires good fitness. Little issues we had during our stay, where solved immediatley by the landlord.
We already planned to come back, because we totally fell in love with Madeira.

Great place , very close to the city centre and public transport that will get you anywhere and very frequent and nicely priced (see tip below).

All the things you would need (dishwasher, nice bathroom, towels, fast internet, TV, stove etc), comfortable and ....a view!! (not that common in Lisbon.

For somewhat taller people: be aware that double bed is 183x133cm....

Walking distance from restaurants as well at the riverside (good for walking and running!!). Small shops nearby and bigger ones just on stop away by bus/tram....

Tip: get yourself a 40€/month Lisbon metropolitan area public transport ticket (arrange online slightly before arrival, so yu can pick up on day one)

In short: great place to stay with nice, reliable owners. Just go there!

The apartment is lovely, beautifully decorated and counts on every single detail (such as kitchen appliances, towels, linen, blankets, etc.). The garden is wonderful and counts on a bbq.
Owners are super nice and resolutive, the communication flow was great and they sorted any issue we could potentially have.
I will 100% recommend and definitely repeat the experience as soon as I can! Obrigada João!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Portimão. The home is beautifully presented in a fantastic local community. All amenities are on your doorstep.

The house is very well equipped and decorated beautifully. It was a real joy to stay here for our first few months in Portugal and we take with us fond memories.

Sheri is an exceptionally thoughtful landlord and always very quick to respond.

We cannot recommend this property highly enough.
