Sourrounded by a lovely garden and tree farm and with beautiful views up to the ocean the Bela Vista Co-Living space is a quiet refuge. I enjoyed my time very much! The owners are very kind and also invite to shared activities. Generally, to explore the neighboorhood on your own it is an advantage to have a car or bicycle. But to relax you don't need to leave the place, even mor as there are a dog and two cats to pet.

Nice place and location. The only issue is loud noise from running kid from the neighbor on top.

Bianka is a lovely landlord. She is very flexible, accommodating and helpful. Communication was never an issue. The flat is quite comfy. Considering the number of guests, not everything is in pristine condition, but I enjoyed my stay regardless. It's not the quietest place with the flat being oriented into a busy street but if you're used to the sound of traffic, you will be happy there. The location is quite central and it's an easy commute to almost everywhere. The walls are rather thin so the neighbours can sometimes be heard but if you're not overly sensitive to noise, you should be ok. The area is safe, some weird people here and there but nothing that you should fear. All in all, I can say that it was a good experience and anybody who's looking for a comfortable flat within a busy yet central location with a variety of entertainment and restaurant/ cafes options in a close vicinity, as well as a caring landlord, will be more than happy. Great place, superbe location and very secure. Near everything, metro is a few minutes walk. Nice and comfortable bed. Bathroom and washing machine A-OK. Kitchen was missing a few things but manageable. I would go back anytime!

Clear & prompt communication with property manager. She even met us in person at check in.

The flat is located quite close to the Jardim de Estrela which is very nice, and it is quite convenient to have lots of restaurants and supermarkets around.

I spent quite some time in Martina's apartment, I can say that she is the most cooperative landlord! The apartment is amazing, it has a very good location close to the center and the sea. I spent great months in her property and we found a really good communication between us if I had any questions or needed help with the apartment. Inma is a kind and diligent host, who was on hand throughout the stay. The flat is in a great location, with buses and trams close-by. The private secure parking is a real bonus too. The view from the lounge are super. Thank you Inma!

I was here for one month and absolutely loved it. Mortiz is a sweet and welcoming host, and so is his roommates. It is a bright and charming apartment, the area is great, close to grocery shopping, gyms and downtown Lisbon. During my stay here, I decided I wanted to stay longer in Lisbon and I think renting the room from Moritz, and meeting his roommates was a great start to make me feel at home in a city where i didn't know anyone. This is especially a good place for you if you like a clean place with good energy, where there is space to be yourself and socilaize with some wonderful people. :) Many thanks to Mortiz and his roommates!

The flat is really nice and clean. In close proximity there are stores and tram lines.

The apartment and the overall experience was definitely worth what I have expected from it. The owner is very nice and kind and any kind of agreement from both sides was not a problem. The noise from outside (trams) was not disturbing, the shared entrance to the apartment with the second part of the flat was okay. The location of the apartment is amazing, metro station Křižíkova is like 3minute walk, so public transport is easily accessible and there are many shops and everything one might need while living in Karlín. The apartment is well equipped wuth everything a tennant might need, really just bringing a toothbrush and clothes is sufficient at first. Cleaning products, basic stuff like spices and tea was provided along with bedding, towels and plenty of kitchen equippment. The only downside I would point out is really old and small fridge. Because of limited space to place pots, pans and washed dishes on, as a person who cooks majority of their meals, I had big troubles fitting 3 days worth of mealprep in the fridge. Also the freezer didn't work well and even despite having just icecream there, it melted completely. The fridge is also very noisy, definitely worse then the outside cars and trams. If someone doesnt cook a lot, this shouldn't be a problem. Overall I definitely recommend the accomodation and for sure have no negative comments towards Andrea, I'm glad I picked up this place and i enjoyed the 2 months here. Thank you :)

Probably the best apartment that I’ve ever had in my life - amazing interior, central location, great communication with the landlords, and affordable price.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rita’s apartment. It is relatively close to the city and close to the river (good for running!). We were both able to work from home because the apartment has 2 desks in different rooms, which was important to us. Communication with Rita was great. All in all, would definitely recommend 😊. Tips for things in the neighbourhood; Melbourne for coffee and breakfast, red nose wine bar for natural wines and the Mercado de Campo de Ourique for food. LX factory was also within walking distance, the market on sundays is great!

The apartment was clean, lovely and it had everything I needed. The owner was very responsive and cooperative, and he has informed me of every possibile thing I needed to know. I will definitely book with him again in the future.

Beautiful apartment in excellent location, a short distance from the beach and town centre . Very nicely furnished, modern and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. A welcome pack and many. other extras are provided and utilities are included. Well serviced with clean towels and bed linen, this apartment is spotlessly clean. The host is very nice, speaks very good English and is very helpful. I would certainly stay in this apartment again .
