We really enjoyed the stay, the apartment has a nice view and is warm, and sunny which is very appreciated during the winter. Ursula is very friendly, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Her family is nice and friendly as well. There is a nice nature and a beautiful park nearby. On the other hand, you will need to travel by car, bus, or bike to Cascais or Praia de Guincho as there isn't much to do in Murches. But it's just a couple of minutes away.

The apartment met all our needs for living and working indoors, providing a comfortable and convenient experience.

Rossana was a perfect host. The apartment was exactly as advertised, there was regularly scheduled cleaning and exchange of towels, and Rossana always replied promptly to any queries I had.

Krystian is a very friendly and attentive owner, and the accommodation is very well located and equipped. I would recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to stay in Warsaw!

I highly recommend it! The house was exactly as described in the photographs and has all the necessary utensils for everyday life. The house isn't in the city centre, but with the numerous public transport links that the city offers we were able to get to the centre in 30 minutes. As for the landlord, I can't thank him enough for all the help he gave me and the fact that he was always available if I needed anything. Once again, I highly recommend the house because both, the landlord and the house, are impeccable!

The owner was very responsible, helpful and nice. He always communicated quickly and clearly and was willing to help whenever needed. The room is spacious, modern, cosy and the whole house is super clean and in a very calm and nice location. The public transport stop is only 3mins walk. I would truly recommend this place to others :) thank you!

Diana was a wonderful host and anything I needed was taken care of swiftly and with care. The apartment was beautiful, located in a gorgeous point in Alfama. Would recommend anyone looking to stay in Lisbon to book with Diana. 10/10

All great, recommend for the stay

Alex and his wife are lovely people who really care for their guests. They were very flexible with anything I asked for and I had a great stay in their flat. It's not a big one but more than sufficient for 1 person who cares about a comfortable stay with an easy commute to the city centre. IP Pavlova is not the greatest location and the flat faces an extremely busy road, however, the house itself felt safe and the isolation was so good that I barely heard the noise from the outside. I'm particurarly sensitive to noise so I was a bit afraid of the area. It's by no means completely soundproof but it was more than manageable. The flat itself is really beautiful, tastefully designed, very well maintaned with no functional or even visial issues, super comfy bed and the smart TV that never hurts to have during long winter evenings. The heating was soundless and sufficient. This flat has everything that you could potentially need for a short term rental so no need to take any extras. There's IP Pavlova metro line within a short walking distance and more than enough trams to get you to any corner of Prague in no time. This being said, it's worth mentioning that since it's a busy traffic crossroad, it's hugely crowded but also full of restaurants/ cafes/ fastfoods/ etc. Literally everything is here.

Everything worked seamlessly, Viktor is a great Landlord and always easy to reach in case there was a problem. The appartment itself is very nicely decorated and in a great neighbourhood.

The apartment is exactly as listed. In fact, it’s even better than the listing. Paulo was great with all communications in the build up to our arrival, and his dad was on hand to check us in, and show us how everything works in the apartment. The little details made this place feel really homely. Especially the very comfortable sofa, with adjustable headrests - and the beanbag, which makes for a nice cozy spot after a long day. The desk set-up is epic, with a top quality Samsung monitor, and a high backed, height adjustable, cushioned chair, which also has arms. And it’s got wifi speeds to match. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was in great (new, or almost new) condition. No crusty pans here. There are 2 balconies - one off the kitchen and one of the main living area, so you get lots of natural light and air through most of the day, and it makes the already huge footprint seem even bigger. I did my workout on the balcony, but there’s also space inside if you prefer. 

If you just want to relax, the balcony is setup with some comfy chairs and a small table to eat or work from. So it’s really up to you. 

There is also a lot of storage space, from the huge built in units in the hallway, to a big side unit in the lounge, and a utility cupboard in the kitchen. 

The entrance to the building at ground level has no steps, and there is an elevator in the building - so accessibility ins’t an issue. And if you travel with kids or a baby, there is a cot and high chair here, along with other kid-friendly items (plates and cutlery etc).

Couple of things to note. The listing says there is a hot tub. There isn’t a hot tub, but there is 2 bath tubs! There was no AC when we stayed (we didn’t need it, but in summer you probably would want it) The host (Paulo) already mentioned to me they plan to install AC and with that this apartment will be perfect. 

I’ve stayed in Lagos before in other areas, but I found this location ideal for getting quick access to the town, and the beaches.

less than 10 mins into the town. 
1 small supermarket 5 mins away 1 big supermarket 15 mins away 
All walking. 

I would 100% return here. It was a dream stay.

This is a very nice place to stay. And a very nice neighborhood. The owners were very helpful. . There is a couple things I’ve noticed about the apartment that I’m going to mention .. There is a bit of a smell. Coming up from the shower drain (But only If you do not use the shower for a day or 2 ), I’m assuming has to do with a P-trap not being installed properly (or not at all), but has nothing to do with the landlord, and more to do with the mechanicals of the building.. I noticed this when I went to Germany for several days and then returned , and also as just as I moved into the place ..However, but as long as there is daily water going down the drain, there is no smell…. And , Also, the vent for the stove is on a stainless steel drawer that you pull out. And then the fan comes on ……and I noticed that someone probably must not have known this ,and steamed the cabinet above the stove a bit I’m just mentioning this, so it doesn’t happen again. There is no switch. It comes on when you pull it out.. I have 20 years design and building residential spaces and these are the kinds of things I notice… hopefully it is helpful.
