The location of the apartment is really great in a very good, quiet and safe neighborhood. The metro is really close, it only takes 5 minute walk to get there.There are also 3 supermarkets near by and a park. The building is very new, safe and quite. The owner István is a very kind person and extremely helpful with everything we needed during our 5 month stay. The house is beautiful, exactly like the pictures and really taken care of by the owner. Also its fully equipped which is a big bonus.

Beautiful apartment, new stylish furniture, high ceilings, large windows, new air conditioning and TV, coffee machine. There are all conditions to live. The owner of the apartment, Paolo, is very hospitable and caring!

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the city, but on a very quiet street. The place itself is clean, bright and has a nice bathroom. The owner was very cooperative and helped me move the dates after the airline cancelled my initial flight. The downside is that the master bedroom doesn't have AC, so it gets very warm at night. (There's a mini split in the living room only). Also even though it's listed as being fully equipped (for the kitchen) that was far from the case. To their credit, they did bring a few more things when I pointed out that I can't cut with a butter knife, but overall that part was still significantly lacking. I would urge them to stay a night or two at their flat, try cooking a normal meal, and see for themselves what's missing. Overall it was a good experience though, and I would stay there again in the future.

A lakás csodálatos volt, még jobb volt mint a képeken. Az agy nagyon kényelmes volt és a lakás jól felszerelt. Brigitta sokat segített és biztosra ment, hogy minden rendben menjen. Biztosan visszajövök :) The flat was wonderful, even better than on the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the flat is well equipped. Brigitta supported all along and she made sure that everything goes well. I am surely coming back!

This is a very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Most of all I liked that there are two tables for working on the computer. Ana is a very helpful and kind host who helped us with everything. Nearby is the largest fountain in Lisbon, we went there to eat and look at the scenery. I recommend!

David's place is perfect for anyone looking to stay in Prague. There is an amazing desk to do work at and the terrace has very comfortable furniture to watch the sunset and do work out there as well. We absolutely loved the terrace. You are on the 6th floor and the views are absolutely incredible. There is also a remote control umbrella that can be used to block out the sun. There is also an elevator as well. The. neighborhood felt very safe and we had no issues with our safety. There are a few parks nearby to be able to do exercise and he also provides a yoga mat to do be able to do home work outs. The place is a bit outside the center but the tram stop is literally right in front of the apartment. It takes 10 seconds from the front entrance. We recommend using line 22 to get to most points of interest in Prague and it takes around 15-20 ish minutes depending on the street traffic. The place has A/C, a nice tv, and amazing wifi. He actually just installed new wifi. From our speed test we were getting around 300+ mbps for download speeds. We had 0 issues using our devices and the network was incredibly fast. There's nice hidden gem restaurants and cafes all around the neighborhood and since you are a bit outside the center they are all very well priced. There's also a grocery store right in front of the house and a market next to it that stays open until midnight 7 days of the week. We highly recommend David's place for your next stay in Prague! David is also very communicative and is a great host and it was an absolute pleasure staying at his place.

My stay in Narek's apartment was great. The apartment fits the description perfectly and is suitable for a long stay. What's more, Narek is very attentive and friendly.

I lived in this apartment for 4 months during my Erasmus exchange. It was an exceptional experience, the apartment corresponds perfectly to the photos posted online. The apartment is very well equipped and laid out. The apartment is very well equipped, and the owner very responsive.

If you like to rest with nice neighborhood, that will be the place. If you are a more city person, then better to be a city center. Take the bus or metro by 15-20 min roughly. Depends on your values, you can choose the location. Overall It was great place.

Me and my partner stayed at Alena's apartment for 6 months and she was always helpful. We had some issues with the flat and Alena would always be there to help. She always found solutions and we could always count on her. The apartment is a bit small but it has everything you need, the location is perfect as it has supermarkets, cafés and anything else you might need close. It's also a 10 minute walk to the center of Prague.

Great location. Management company is a little slow with communication, but they do take care of any issues.

The owner was very cooperative and friendly. He was responding to us immediately whenever it needed. Even though we arrived very late they were very welcom and open the house for us. The apartment was very clean and modern. Also it has all the important furniture that we need. The area is quiet and everything is available next to us [ shopping, supermarket, public transportation and all things]. Thanks for nice people
