The perfect stay in Praia da Rocha! Fantastic location, spacious and clean, well equipped with everything you need, and very responsive host (I forgot my keys once and the host was able to let me in within 15 minutes! He even printed something out for me bc I didn't have easy access to a printer.). Great for remote working or vacations as it's a super close walk to the beach, but still in a very quiet part of Praia da Rocha. Also close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Bydlela jsem v bytě půl roku a nemám jedinou věc co vytknout. Byt je krásný, nový, nadstandartně vybavený, velice příjemný. Pan majitel je moc milý a ochotný! Určitě moc všem doporučuji!

Tereza has been amazing! She is cooperative, easy to communicate with, and very friendly. The building is well maintained and quiet. There is a kindergarten in front so sometimes you hear children's voices, but it didn't disturb me. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. When I was there the dishwasher wasn't functioning, but it didn't bother me. Overall it was a great experience, I highly recommend it and may stay there again.

Majiteľka Zuzka je príjemná a ústretová osoba, prispôsobila sa našim požiadavkám. Byt krásny, udržiavaný, moderný.
Výborná lokalita, blízko na vlak aj trolejbusy, takže sme mohli podnikať výlety do ktorejkoľvek časti Prahy a okolia. Nebol problém prestúpiť na iný spoj, intervaly sú krátke.

I really liked the flat - even more than I thought I would since it was more roomy and open than expected. The balcony is sunny from late morning until evening and allows for sunbathing in complete privacy. The flat isn't too far away from the center and the shoreline, but the area is calm. Some of the streets you'll need to take to get to it are quite steep - you'll be a bit fitter by the end of your stay ;)

The apartment was newly renovated, clean and had all the things you need. The location was also perfect, allowing to easily explore the city and have a great experience. Rui as host is very helpful and friendly who made sure we had a pleasant stay.

Katila's apartment was the perfect stay for a 2 week working trip to Lisbon. The apartment is a great size for a couple and the backyard is spectacular, full of plants, making it a great place to sit and enjoy breakfast or to use it as an outdoor office. The location was great too, located close to the vibrant neighborhood of Graca. We got to experience a slice of what real Lisbon life is like. We'd gladly stay at Katila's again.

I had the pleasure of connecting with some incredibly fascinating people during my stay at Jiřinková, and Lucie is such a generous, caring and inviting person. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Prague!

The house itself exudes a genuine sense of community, creating an atmosphere where everyone effortlessly feel at home. It is well designed and maintained, featuring cozy yet spacious areas. Furthermore, the bedroom is considerably larger than it initially appears.
I feel really fortunate to have started my stay in Prague in such an ideal place.

Added benefits: Close to public transport/city centre, regular cleaner, peaceful garden, And darling Theo, the cat.

Everything was really perfect. Lorenz was kind, charming, helpfull, he answered very quickly on all our questions. We enjoyed our entire stay in this lovely flat. On central location, clean, with all necessary amenities. Flat is close to different kind of transports, stores, restaurants... Vaci street is only a couple of minutes away... In an old, famous building, with great atmosphere... Really one of a kind. So, for the landlord, for the flat and our entire stay we can peacefully give 10+.
