We rented this apartment for a month and had a very pleasant stay. Great location just a few minutes walk from public transportation and restaurants with great lunch deals. The apartment is well maintained and minimalistic. The only thing that could be better is the kitchenware. There was only one small cutting board, pots that are too small for most things and no bowls. Lastly we want to thank Eszter for the clear communication and fast response. We highly recommend this apartment to future tenants.

Overall, it was very nice staying at this apartment. Catarina was 100% helpful every time we needed it.

In my opinion, if you're staying more than a few days, the kitchen is too small and you can barely cook (from 4 stoves, there is just one working) and a very small fridge. As I was there for a month, I missed that. If you're just having some holidays it won't be a problem at all.

The flat is very well taken care of and it was tidy and clean when we arrived. The kitchen smells humidity a bit.

The location was quite alright, we could go walking or cycling to Armação du Pera or drive for 3 min. Many supermarkets are available around as well.

Vila do Paço is a fantastic experience. The proprietors are amazing, extremely generous, friendly, and helpful. The location and setting is very beautiful, with great views of the valley and mountains. The bike path (eco pista) is very close and offers a pleasant bicycle ride for many kilometers. My stay was for 2 months and the proprietors became like family to me. I will certainly be back to visit!

A Vila do Paço é uma experiência fantástica. Os proprietários são espantosos, extremamente generosos, amigáveis e prestativos. A localização e o cenário são muito bonitos, com grandes vistas sobre o vale e as montanhas. A ciclovia (eco pista) é muito próxima e oferece um agradável passeio de bicicleta durante muitos quilómetros. A minha estadia foi de 2 meses e os proprietários tornaram-se como família para mim. Voltarei certamente para visitar!

The place was really nice and quiet, I could find everything nearby and the neighbours leave you alone. However, because the apartment is near the front door of the building you can hear people coming in and out however you get used to it after a day. Overall loved the place, made many nice memories.

Flat is very cozy and well equipped. The building is overall clean and the landlord is polite and responsive. Cleaning of the flat was not included nor they were able to provide any kind of paid-for help with it.
