The appartment is great, clean, new. Well furnished with everything necessary, quality material, modern. The entire building is conceived to help you to be independant and make things easy for you. Systeme of code at the main door and at the appartment door is great, but the codes are changing sometimes so keep your phone with you when you go out, to be able to ask the owner the New one. They are answering very fast, always available, so that's not an issue. It's calm in case the people who are renting the orhers appartment are respectful. Nusle is a great place to stay. À lot of shops and restaurants. Transports are close. The check out is at 10am, so keep that in mind when you are booking your flight back. If they don't have anybody after you, you Can still make a deal with the owner to stay bit longer. It's à Nice place to stay few weeks and even few monthes.

Good flat

The flat looks better in reality than in pictures. The apartment is situated on 2nd floor, the view from windows and from it's own (small) balcony is towards internal courtyard. The balcony in the picture is on 4th floor, it is a spacious balcony on top of the building with access for all tenants. You have chairs, table and shade-umbrella in the apartment, that you can take it up there. From there, you have great ocean and airplane-spotting view. Underground parking place and free outside parking available. Big screen TV which can be used as monitor, with clear picture and great choice of channels. Two fixed and one mobile power extension sockets. Plenty of closet space. Fruit and vegetables, and some basic stuff (beer, vine, drinks, dry stuff which does not need cooling) shop just under the building. Two small supermarkets at about 300m distance. Bus stops with timetable (SAM) for connections to Funchal and to the east of the island just 300m away, on the other side of the tunnel. There are closer bust stops towards the airport, but not all busses stops there. Lived there solo for two weeks in April-May, remote working, it was more than I needed. Suitable for 4 persons, even 5 if a smaller kid can sleep on the sofa or with parents on the king-sized bedroom bed.

Landlord was very helpful and easy to get along with. Place was tidy, clean and in great location (main city center). 5 min to main railway station and to a metro line. Shop (medium size) is 3 min by walk from the apartment.

Spacious, silent flat for two people. The balcony was a big plus. The furniture, especially the bed, could have been better. The bedlinen and towels were old and shabby, altough clean. After cleaning the oven, the washing machine and windows we enjoyed living there.

The apartment is great and has everything you need for comfortable staying in Funchal. Highly recommend!

The flat is awesome, quite big and comfy. Every little thing was thought about: there's everything you need in the flat for living in it. So my stay was super comfortable. Location is great as well, you can walk to the ocean, train and bus stations, supermarket is also almost around the corner. The host is very helpful and answered very quickly.

Orsival való egyeztetés gyors, zökkenő mentes volt. A belső udvarra néző lakásba a környező utcák forgalma egyáltalán nem hallatszott be.

The flat is really nice. Really clean. All you need to cook is available. Everything is working well. The bathroom is great. The balcony is also big and nice. Perfectly located in a safe area, with the tram stop at 1 minute walk. Communication with the agency was perfect. Extremely reactive and nice :) 2 things that should be improved to make it 100% perfect : 1. The bed is composed of 2 separate matress. One of them has a big big hole so you can not sleep on it. If you are just 1 person it is not a problem.. But if you are 2, make sure they change the 2nd matress. 2. In the room there are some spots where the painting on the wall could be refresh. Not a big deal of course ! I recommand you this flat at any case ;)

The owner, Sara, is very helpful, responsive and kind. It was a pleasure to interact with her. The apartment is very well furnished with everything you need for your short- or long-term stay. The kitchen is great, large enough for two people to cook in and is well stocked with all kinds of dishes, pots, and other useful items. The location can't be beat for exploring the sights of Budapest; public transportation, the Spar grocery store, cafes, restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Try Pesti Chutney, an Indian restaurant on Brody Sandor street! The Central Market, our favorite market in the city, is only two tram stops away. It is one of the best places to shop not only for groceries but also for gifts, clothing and interesting products. Sara's apartment is a great place to stay for any length of time!“

Great Apartment, Fantastic Owner!

Amazing stay at Dorisol Apart hotel, it was perfect for my month's stay in Funchal . The room was surprisingly very spacious and well equipped, with a lovely balcony view and it was nice to have the other areas available in the hotel e.g gym, co-work area, pool, spa etc..

Great apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Apartment had all the needed amenities and was very comfortable. The owner Jana has been very helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Great place: right in the centre, modern, clean, fully equipped, includes weekly cleaning including towels and sheeting (!!), very friendly and helpful landlord/team: always there to help out, etc. Entrance through small shopping centre, including bakery, general utilities and minimarket.... Includes free access to working space on the 1st floor. Basically all you need! Right at the seafront, all of PDL within walking distance. Also very handy: individual numerical code entry... No hassle with keys... Great experience, highly recommended: anytime again!!

Hana is a very pleasant person. She was able to host us on short notice and made sure we have everything for our comfortable staying. The apartment is located in the city center, within walking distance from almost all one might want to see in Bratislava. But still, not on a busy road with parties which allowed us to relax in quiet. The apartment has everything you might need for a long stay. We really felt like we were at home (not in a hotel or a rental property). Highly recommend this property!

Dana was a very helpful and kind person. We enjoyed our stay in this house for a year. Dana and her husband are readily available for any help in need. They kindly provided us with clothes for winter.

Reccomended landlord. Perfect location.
