Staying at this house for 4 months was an amazing experience for my wife and I. All the amenities were first class and the location near the beach and many restaurants, cafes, and markets was a great perk that I couldn't have ever imagined possible. This was the best temporary living situation that I've experienced and I urge others to book a stay if it's available. The internet is fast, the neighborhood is calm, the beds are comfortable, and Joana is a really helpful and responsive host.

The apartment is in a great location with pretty much everything you need nearby as well as being close to local transport links. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Vacasa was very helpful and responsive whenever there were any issues. Only the balcony required some more cleaning as it gets dirty quickly.

It is a really good accomodation, the city center is about a 15 minutes walk. The flat was good and well equipped. From the window we could see the Prague Castle :)

Excellent value apartment located very close to the airport for easy transfer, and also just a 15 minute walk to the centre of Ponta Delgada.

WiFi speed is excellent and had no issues working online from the apartment. Apartment is basic, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Some traffic noise because of proximity to the airport, but wasn't a major problem as there aren't too many flights into or out of the island each day.

Electrics tripped a few times when using too many utilities at once, but Michel had talked me through how to reset them, so wasn't a major problem. Would recommend as a place to stay on Sao Miguel, and Michel is an excellent and responsive host.
