I stayed 1 month on this flat. The accomodation is well localizated, near markets, restaurants and public transport. The neighbourhood is quiet. The flat is bright, big and it´s perfect for 2 person. However, I had some problems. First, the landlord ask me to get the key of the apartment in a place far away from the flat. When I arrive at the apartment, there was a big water puddle on the middle of the kitchen. I sent a message to the landlord and he ignored me. The kitchen have just a old frying pan (so it´s not recommended for who cook). I also wrote to the landlord about a question with the stove and again I was ignored. So, it´s a good place but if you need some kind of help you know you won't have.

The flat was amazing. It is brand new and in a great location - everything you need is nearby including public transportation.
The landlord is extremely communicative and helpful. You could hardly find a better person to rent from.

Mohu jen doporučit: moderní pohodlné bydlení s terasou v novém bytovém domě v tradiční pražské rezidenční čtvrti se všemi přednostmi jako je klidné prostředí, rychlé spojení s centrem Prahy autem i veřejnou dopravou, občanská vybavenost. Komunikace s majiteli byla rychlá a vstřícná.

The overall environment is not bad, very good location and safely.
The house is complete and the things are neatly arranged.
Air aspect is not very breathable especially in summer.
Cleanliness need to strengthen, when we entering the house, my girlfriend and me feel allergy especially nose and skin.

The apartment was great and had everything you could need. It was also in a good area, about a 5-minute walk to the metro and tram stop as well as a grocery store. I did have a little trouble communicating with the host but it all worked out.

Very good and friendly contact with the owners. The apartment is very well equipped with all necessary equipment.
The flat is located in a very quiet area. It is located near the store, bus stop. Getting to the city center takes about 25 minutes.
