The flat is ok and well equipped. The Location is maybee not the best but very close to the University in Jinonice and to a nice park and a supermarket. The other tanents are friendly and helpfull.

I've been living in Pavel's flat for almost five months and i can surely reccomend it to everyone. The flat is very well furnished and functional, very cozy and comfortable. The position is really good, in a quiet and cheap neighbourhood with all the necessary shops and transports very close to the flat, welll connected to the rest of the city. Pavel is the perfect owner because he is very kind and always available for help in every situations.

After spending there 4 months i could easily the say that the location of the flat couldn't be better. Exactly above the river, near Tram-Metro station (3 min walk), near 24/7 supermarket. Inside the house is vey cosy and comfortable, although the furnitures are a bit old and broken (I think they need replacement). The bathroom is absolutely perfect and the kitchen as well. With the landlord Pavel we had a top cooperation throughout the rental period. We communicated via WhatsApp. Apart from some renovations in the furnitures the house was 100% perfect.

We have rented this apartment for almost 4 months during the winter of 2018/2019. It is situated in a really nice neighborhood, close to the city center. The apartment itself was cosy, but not the best value for money. The couch in the living room was so old, dirty and uncomfortable, that we haven't used it at all. The mattresses in the bedroom were also not really comfortable and they weren't the same height on both sides of the bed. But we really liked the bathroom with the shower and the kitchen was quite nice too. Also the landlord was really nice and immediately available when we needed him (when the heating broke once).

Easy and good communication with the manager. Location is convenient to Europark which has grocery, food court, postal, many shops and the bus. Quiet neighbors. Lots of kitchen equipment. Loved the large fridge. Ample storage. Comfortable bed. Washer and drying rank. Nice furnishings.

Hezký byt ve skvělé lokalitě, především v létě jsou sousedící Riegrovy sady úžasným místem pro trávení času. Krom toho je v okolí spousta restaurací, barů a kaváren. Dopravní dostupnost je také vynikající. Byt je plně vybaven a spolupráce s majitelkou byla bezproblémová.

The flat is very convenient to the subway line and buses and to places to shop and eat. The landlord was nice and helpful. It is not the most modern flat, but it is comfortable and quiet. I had no problems in a four month stay.
