I stayed here for about three months, and everything went very well. The room is spacious and offers plenty of storage, which is very convenient. The window is also great, overlooking the street below and filling the room with beautiful sunlight in the morning and natural light throughout the day. In my opinion, this is the quietest room because it is located near the bathroom (unlike the room with the balcony, which faces the kitchen) and is only adjacent to one other bedroom, which helps limit potential noise from the other roommates, since all four bedrooms are aligned.
Overall, the apartment has everything you need (including an iron, ironing board, drying rack, pans and pots, vacuum cleaner, washing machine, wifi, etc.). A minor issue I would mention is that some of the provided items or utensils can be a bit dated, but my roommates and I mentioned this to Iva, and she gradually replaced some of them! Also the kitchen is quite small and there is no living room. There is shared storage space in the kitchen, each person has their own shelf in the fridge, and the freezer is shared.
The apartment is easy to access, and there is an elevator available. The city center is about a 30 minute tram ride away, with the nearest stop, Sídliště Barrandov, just a 3 minute walk across the main square. Trams and buses also run at night, making it easy to get home even after midnight.
Finally, I think each person’s experience may vary depending on the roommates at the time. I mostly shared the apartment with students my age, and everyone was friendly, clean, and calm, which was great. The building itself is very quiet, although the bedroom walls can be a bit thin, but this didn’t bother me much personally.
