The room is very big, spacious and well illuminated; maybe too much for those who need darkness to sleep by sunlight in the early morning. The flat is very quiet, so you can work from the room with any problem. The owner lives in the appartment. He is very friendly, helpful and thoughtful with any issue. Any visitor who satys in the room has to pay. This is totally reasonable. The only weak point is the noise when someone uses the kitchen or the microwave at night or in the very erarly morning, as due to the configuration of the house, every little noise produces a echo. But it happens not often, so it's totally bearable. I would recommend anyone this appartment for short or long period.

What a great stay! The apartment was clean, spacious, fully equipped with good internet connection and most importantly with a stunning view of the ocean, we didn't miss anything. Location of the flat was good as well - a quiet area close to the beach " de Garaju" and the supermarket Pingo Doce. During our stay we interacted mainly with Silvia who was always available to help when we needed it. Strongly recommend :)

Martin is an excellent host, who takes care of his guests! The very well decorated apartment is really well located, 5m away from the shopping center, 3m away from the supermarket, 1m away from the tramway and about 10/15m away from Wenceslas Square. You don't have to worry about anything when you arrive, everything you need is there (for the kitchen, the bathroom and to clean the apartment). Highly recommended! Thank you Martin!

Small two-bedroom apartament on the ground floor near the river and train. But there is No problem with the loud traffic, and you can sleep easily. Nice spot to visit Lisbon or Cascais. Very good contact with the owner.

Really nice and cozy home, great for single person. Good for couple if for short term. Everything that you need is there, good view. Elizabeth is really sweet and accommodating. She would help you out for any queries. Great person, you will have no worries dealing with her. Would definitely recommend.

The flat was in a very good location, close to the city center. It is rather small but the price is also very affordable. Richard is a super friendly and careful landlord, it was a pleasure to know him.

Dmitry is very friendly landlord. He helped to solve all our issue, and give some tips about staying in Prague. Our entire stay was absolutely comfortable. The flat is in one minute from tram stop, so it takes just 20 minutes to city center. The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need.

Filipa & Alex are great hosts. They are lovely and easy to get along with but gave us our own space as well. The house was always clean, and in a perfect location.

Wir waren 6 Wochen in Ponto Delgada und haben uns in der Wohnung und auch im Co-Working des "Solmar Shopping Center" sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Gebäude des "Solmar Avenida Center" wird 24 Stunden bewacht. Man ist also sehr sicher. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt über diesem Shopping Center. Die Wohnung ist zentral in Ponto Delgada gelegen, trotzdem ruhig, modern eingerichtet und großzügig geschnitten. Die Küche ist großzügig und praktisch ausgestattet. Auch wenn alle 3 Zimmer belegt sind (A,B,C), ist viel Platz für jeden. Das Internet funktioniert in den gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räumen und im Zimmer gut. Waschmaschine und Trockner etc. alles vorhanden. 1x pro Woche kamen die fleißigen Reinigungskräfte, die sehr gründlich waren, sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Unser Zimmer hatte ein großes Doppelbett 180x200 cm mit einer festen, bequemen und neuen Matratze. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man wohnt in der Innenstadt direkt am Meer. Der Yachthafen und der öffentlich bewachte Badebereich befinden sich praktisch vor der Tür. Ein Supermarkt befindet gleich nebenan. Die Manager (Vítor Cruz und Beatrice) waren immer zur Stelle, beide sind sehr sympathisch, bemüht, hilfsbereit und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die beiden wirklich möchten, dass sich die Gäste wohlfühlen und eine gute Zeit haben. Die Stimmung und Atmosphäre ist auch gerade deshalb in der Co-Working Area und in der Wohnung sehr entspannt und herzlich. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und Respekt der Privatsphäre der Mitbewohner untereinander waren bei unserem Aufenthalt eine Selbstverständlichkeit. Wir können das Solmar Coliving sehr empfehlen!

The apartment is beautiful and it's one of the best equipped short term rentals I've ever stayed in. Ideal for working as it has a workdesk and good internet. The location is great, easy to get to Corvin plaza and all of the restaurants in that area are pretty affordable. Apartment complex is new and quiet, so if you want to get a good night sleep this is amazing choice. It has an underground parking spot which comes in handy. My favourite parts of my stay were the fact that there was a small park right as you go out, two sushi restaurants within 2-3 minutes walk and lots of grocery stores. Thank you for hosting me!

Very nice place for a short or medium stay and excellent location. Since there is no oven, it would be nice to have at least a microwave. Apart from that everything else was functioning and in good conditions.
