The apartment is quite spacious and even cozier than it looks in the photos. It is located in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by forests and parks, with relatively easy access to the center of Prague. From the very first day, Mrs. Pavla made me feel at home—she was helpful, extremely discreet, and always willing to assist. I will definitely choose this place again when I visit Prague!

The accommodation was well equipped, clean and in a nice neighborhood. Close to shops and tram stops.

Great house at unbeatble location. Amazing workspace with a beautiful view. You can watch a sunset right though the window. Very good internet connection. Kitchen has everything you'd need. The landlord is very helpful and kind.
Some downsides would be that it's a bit old and not very clean. Lack of toilet paper and trash can bags surprised us. And the only room with doors is a passthrough room.

The apartment is really nice, equipped with all the necessary items.

Easy public transport. There are two bus stations next to the apartment. Palmovoka is just two stations away by bus from the apartment. Palmovoka is a Hub for Bus, tram, metro from where you can go other place easily.

The owner and his wife are really nice and helpful person, can speak English really well.

There are two indian restaurant next two the apartment. One asian restaurant. Small Groceries also available. There is a big shopping mall just two station away from the apartment where you can find almost anything.

Only drawback of this apartment is lift. After entering from the main entrance, you need to use stair of half floor to take lift.

My living experience was 10/10.

It was a vary nice and comfortable apartment at one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Prague, i would recommend it to everyone.
I had totally no problem with the owner, i am satisfied.

Great place for a short vacation. Great view of the ocean and sunset. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The apartment has everything you need for life, as well as very fast and stable internet. The landlords are very friendly, polite and caring. You will like this place and will want to come back :)

Krásný útulný byt ve skvělé lokalitě a moc milá a vstřícná paní majitelka. Určitě v budoucnu rádi znovu využijeme, když bude byt dostupný.

Everthing was good!

V byte sme bývali takmer 3 týždne a veľmi sa nám páčilo. Lokalita je bezpečná a vhodná aj pre malé deti. V pešej dostupnosti je všetko, čo potrebujete - lekárne, obchody, reštaurácie. Rovnako dobrá dostupnosť je do mesta. Byt bol pekný, čistý a nájdete tam všetko, čo potrebujete. Komunikácia s majiteľom bola bezproblémová, bol ústretový a odpovedal rýchlo.

I highly recommend this apartment. It boasts a perfect location with the metro and tram stations right at the bottom of the building, as well as a nearby grocery store. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and ideal for one or two people. Furthermore, the landlord, Johaness, is really kind and helpful. I highly recommend it

The appartment is verry well located, close to the tram and the metro, and the area is calm and safe. The flat is well furnished. The stay was a great experience.

I have just completed my second visit to this apartment. I have no complaints and will hopefully stay there again in the future. It is a 10 minute walk into Funchal town. A supermarket 5 mins away up the hill and a coffee shop across the Road in the Park opposite. The cherry on the cake is the fabulous roof top pool with the most amazing views. Should you need any help throughout your stay, nothing is too much trouble, help is always available.

Carlos is a great guy! He was very responsive and responsible throughout our stay. The location of the house is amazing. 5 min walk to the bridge, sunset every day:)

This is a great apartment, perfectly located in the city center. Bea is a very nice host, and always available to answer questions.

It was a studio apartment in a lovely communal neighborhood. It’s not as spacious as the pictures online would have you believe. Having said that, if you’re looking for a quiet neighborhood this is not that kind of neighborhood. The community loves celebrating their heritage and I think it’s lovely. Expect parades with hours and sometimes days. Also, this is a tourist area so lower your expectations of a quiet night. Tourists are noisy. Management was cordial. Stay on top of your communication with management. The cleaning lady was always nice. Lastly, if you plan on staying at the apartment for a long stay always check the Flatio payment section to make sure you are current. For some reason the site doesn’t send payment reminders even though they have your email. They’ll only send you an email when it’s past due and that’s a maybe. It’s up to you to visit the site to make sure that your payment is current. With all of that said enjoy your stay.
