Naprosto nádherné ubytování v krásné části ostrova. Pan majitel je krajinný architekt a jde to poznat. Citlivé zasazení do severní zelené krajiny společně s vinicemi, které nemovitost obklopují, bylo magické a naši svatební cestu to výtečně vyšperkovalo. Vřele doporučujeme, pokud chcete být v soukromí daleko od mas turistů a v zelenější části ostrova. Auto je ale nejspíše nutností.

The house is located in a great area. It's small, but quite functional and has the essentials you need for a good stay. The only issue we had was the shower would leak and flood the bathroom floor, but the host said they'll get it sorted after our stay.

I can't speak more highly of both the flat and Sofia (and her friend Nico). First, Sofia was so accommodating when we wanted to make little adjustments to our itinerary and such a pleasure to speak with. The flat is great as well. It's very spacious compared to other places we looked at, which is nice when you have a long-term stay. It was great to have spaces for our kids to go off and read or play and not feel like we're all squished together. The kitchen is a great size and has everything you need and the laundry is very helpful. We loved the location, as it's 5-10 mins by Uber/Bolt to the beaches of Foz do Douro or Matosinhos, 10 mins across the bridge to Gaia and 10-15 mins to central Porto. The area is close to groceries and cafes and people around the neighbourhood were very friendly. Probably the only negative - and it's hardly a negative - is that the Serralves Park is an enclosed park that requires payment to access. It was very lovely and we did a night walk through it with a light show. There are also museums throughout the park that you can pay to visit. But with younger kids, we would've preferred an open park with a playground that we could visit frequently. But those types of parks aren't too far away either so it wasn't a big deal. Overall, the flat made for a perfect home base to retreat to and chill out. It was important to us to not only do the touristy things and burn ourselves out, but have time to live like a local would, make meals at home, relax and play a game, etc. This place was just right in giving us that peaceful, home-like setting. I would absolutely stay here again and I can't recommend it enough.

The apartment was perfectly equipped by Jana, we had everything we needed and more. Jana was also very responsive if we needed her which was very nice. The apartment corresponded to the description Jana had given us.

We had a very enjoyable experience in this coliving in Ponta Delgada. The apartment is big, very confortable, cleaned every week. AC works well. The access to the co-working space was a huge advantage for us. The location inside the Solmar Avenida Center is very useful : everything is available very quickly, the local farmers market and bars and restaurants are closed by. The staff was kind and helpful. I wish I could have stayed another time in this apartment.

The place is really nice and looks like the pictures but it’s not on the beach as the description said. It’s about 7-10 min walk away. It’s also an apartment and not a house. The apartment is on the first floor with elevator access if needed. The internet was not great, we asked to get this fixed and it took a couple of days to get a response, the speed didn’t improve so we had to rely on our hotspot for remote work. The mobile data speed in the flat was very fast on our network. The landlord insists of cleaning the bed linen for you, which didn’t seem to be optional but it is included in the price. Landlord has little to no English but there is the option to communicate via the agency who do speak English. We did most of the communication via WhatsApp and Google translate. There were issues with the hot water not always running. This was sporadic and sometimes it works, sometimes it didn’t. The washing machine broke 2 days prior to move out which was just bad timing as it meant we couldn’t clean the towels and last min things before move out. We asked if they wanted us to get the flat professionally cleaned and the agency said no. But later the landlord complained the towels were not cleaned, although the machine has broken so not sure what we were meant to do there, but so far we weren’t charged any extra for this. Overall the flat is good, no reason at all not to rent it again, the internet was probably the biggest thing for us as we were staying 6 weeks, but we found a solution with using our hotspot.

Had a 75 days stay in this flat and would do it again in heartbeat. Great location close to amenities, restaurant and cafés. Apartment was clean and well furnished. Landlord Jakub was always eager to help should anything arise. Overall great little flat and I look forward to booking it again on my next stay.

Really nice little cozy flat

It was ultimately a good experience of rent. Marta and Jean are the best landlords we have met - they did everything to make us feel comfortable. The apartment is fully prepared for the tenants and has everything you need. It is cozy, clean, and furnished with taste. It was a pleasure to come back there after a long day, to stay home and work or just chill. Perfect location with the gym, pool, table tennis, and grill space on the rooftop is perfect for any activities you like. The location is super close to the beautiful beaches of Caparica, but also in a quiet area. Marta and Jean were very thoughtful and gave us a well-prepared Google map with cool cafes and restaurants that locals enjoy. We visited almost all and they deserve your attention indeed. If you want to have a great time in Lisboa and the area, this apartment is exactly what you would love.

I had an incredible stay at this apartment in Budapest. The location is absolutely excellent, situated in a charming neighborhood that is both vibrant and quiet. It is ideally positioned with easy access to public transport, making it a breeze to explore the city. Plus, it's just a 5-minute walk from the famous New York Cafe and only 2 minutes from the Budapesti Árpád-házi Szent Erzsébet cathedral, one of the most stunning churches in Budapest, surrounded by a peaceful garden. This hidden gem is a must-see when visiting the city. The apartment itself is entirely newly renovated and incredibly comfortable. It features high-end appliances and air conditioning, ensuring a modern and pleasant living experience. The interior is tastefully decorated with a bohemian, cozy vibe that makes it feel just like home. The layout is thoughtfully designed, maximizing both space and comfort with high-quality furniture that adds to the overall charm. You can see that only highest quality materials have been chosen, like for instance the massive 10- person wooden dining table or the super comfortable mattresses in the bedrooms. Together with the super fast Wi-Fi, a huge 70 inches screen TV, the great coffee machine and many other details it made my stay one of the best experiences in Europe so far. Moreover, the landlord is exceptionally friendly and responsive, always available to assist with any queries or concerns. The surrounding area is a pulsing, contemporary hotspot filled with new-wave coffee shops, boutique restaurants, and design stores. Despite its rapid evolution, the area feels very quiet and is filled with charming local spots, making it convenient to get anything you might need during your stay. Overall, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Budapest. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and highly recommend this flat for short term rentals.
