The apartment's location is excelent, close enough to the city center, right by the metro station and tram, which made moving around the city much easier.

I spent an amazing time at the boatman's house. The house is lovely, very well decorated and you feel at home. It has all the needed facilities.
Yorgos is a caring owner, making sure you're at ease and you know the history of this beautiful family house.
Vrouhas is a very quiet village, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and views. I fully recommend if like me you need a good WiFi connection to work remotely, calm, serenity, nature and authenticity.

Tanto Kim como su propiedad son una perfecta opción para alojarse en Faro. Está ha sido mi lugar fijo por casi 1 mes y ya la sentía mi casa. Al salir ya la extrañaba. Podía ir caminando a cualquier sitio de Faro, tenía cerca un estacionamiento gratis para dejar mi coche. La vista desde el balcón fue muy relajante (y divertida en momentos) para mi. Recomendable? 100% Pude hacer teletrabajo de forma eficiente usando un 2do monitor. Todo perfecto!! Pude conocer todo el Algarve y hasta llegué a ir a Lisboa y regresar el mismo día. Todo eso lo permite esta locación. Ahh.. y tiene cerca sitios históricos de interés y el muelle para ir a las playas.. está de 100!

We had a really lovely time at this apartment. It is in a really calm street, surrounded by lots of nature nearby. Public transport is also super close. I definitely reccommend it!

The flat is spacious and very nice, 3 minutes from the Saõ Bento metro station and same from the Ponte Luis I. I spent a little more than two weeks and I had a very nice stay 🙂

Amazing! The apartment is exactly as showed in the photos, the location is very good, walking distance from the most important sights and attractions yet the street is quiet at night. You have restaurants, bars, supermarkets less than 5mins walking and 10mins to the Danube tiver, chains river, etc.
the host was super nice and attentive, the day of my check in my train was delayed and he was waiting for me right at the entrance.
10/10 recommended location, apartment, host, everything. I go to Budapest very often and this is by far my favorite spot ive stayed.

El apartamento estaba perfectamente equipado y era muy acogedor. Los daños nos trataron muy bien y nos proporcionaron artículos básicos como papel higiénico, bolsas de basura, detergente... Nos trataron muy bien y se encargaron de mantener el jardín en muy buenas condiciones. La ubicación es muy buena. Está cerca del centro pero en una zona tranquila. Si tienen que pasar una estancia larga en Brno lo recomiendo sin duda.

A very spacious one bedroom appartment in the heart of Prague. Trams and Buses available in walking distance and so are grocery stores and super markets. A lovely Public Park nearby to spend your evenings.

A basement appartment which is a blessing in disguise during summer. Its 35 degrees outside but 20 degrees inside. Has a de-humidifier which helsp keeps very cool inside the house. Has all the basic essential amenities and modern.

A wonderful host who is very supportive. When I requested some additional cooking pots he immediately got me 2 addtional pots within a day. When we had some issues with our microwave oven, within 2 hours they replaced with a new one.

Would recomment this to any one and we look forward to staying here again in our next visit.
