Cozy, unique apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Great for remote work. Comfy bedroom, spacious living area, cool OLED TV, and a tiny balcony made the experience even better. Superb host, highly recommended.

The apartment is very spacious with a nice bohemian vibe, a comfy bed, and beautiful sunset views and it is well-equipped for a long stay.

Unfortunately, I had some internet issues but Sofia was on top of it immediately and she was able to get me a mobile hotpot, which was sufficient for the rest of my stay.

The downside of the bohemian vibe/old building charm was that some of the furniture are a bit worn out, I hurt my foot pretty badly on a nail sticking out of the wooden floor and I spotted a few cockroaches during my stay.

Had a great time here, lovely group of visitors and a perfect location in Funchal. Was always looked after too by the lovely owners and cleaners. I worked during my stay too and the desks and wifi make it easy. Might have to come back again next year!

Building Urbana was prompt and professional. They communicated proactively and delivered everything they promised. Weekly cleanings were great. And a couple of items that needed fixing were fixed quickly and fully.
The flat was not quiet - very loud neighbors and dogs and lots of drunk people shouting and singing at all hours. So bring eye masks and ear plugs.

The location was amazing with all the essentials. The weather was perfect when we were there in July, the windows provided a beautiful view. There’s a washing machine. Katherine was extremely responsive when we needed her.

Perfect conditions in the city center. clean, nice and has everything you need, except free parking. The owner AnnaMaria is always helpful, polite and sincere. Also you don’t need to wait too long for the answers from her. She will manage everything!

I stayed a month in Daria's apartment and it was perfect! The location is fabulous, walking distance to the historic center, and with many options of restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment has everything you'll need and Daria and her son were incredibly nice and helpful. Would comeback and highly recommend it for anyone considering a longer stay in Prague.

This was the perfect spot for Budapest and for a working space. Incredible location next to the river and the bus station that takes you to/from airport. Balint’s home was stunning and a beautiful room. Balint was a fantastic host and the place is sparkling clean. Can’t recommend enough!

It's perfect for working with a scenic backdrop or simply enjoying the spacious sunny garden. Local eateries are within walking distance, but be prepared for steep mountains. While buses connect to Ribeira Brava and Funchal, exploring the island is best by car. Ponta Do Sol is a charming small town with great dining options. S pronajatým bydlením jsme byli moc spokojeni, byt je hezký, zrekonstruovaný, majitelka je moc sympatická a milá. Byli jsme tam 4 dospělí, bylo nám tam v 2+kk trochu těsno, byt je spíš vhodný pro rodinu s dětmi. Prostředí - hezké, zeleň, blízko zastávka autobusu.
