The apartment is large, clean and close to the metro station. We preferred to walk in the city center most of the time. Close to the apartment is a self-service restaurant with a varied menu, and the price were very moderate, which was very helpful. We spent 2 pleasant weeks in this location ( 10/24. 07. 2023).

Byt byl v naprostém pořádku. Bylo uklizeno, přesně jako na fotkách. Majitel je velmi hodný, komunikace byla bezchybná a jednoduchá a pan Miroslav byl ochoten vyjít vstříc se všemi požadavky. Byt je opravdu dobře umístěn. Dostanete se za necelých 10 minut jak na tramvaj tak i na metro. Byl to velmi příjemný pobyt, takže doporučuji všem, co hledají pěkný byt a příjemného nájemníka:)

Wonderful apartment in the beautiful city of Lisbon. Fabiano and his wife gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful and responsive with any help needed. The flat has air-conditioning, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and basic utilities for cooking. Perfect, both for working and vacation.

El apartamento está muy bien renovado y tal como aparece en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar, lavar la ropa, y demás. La zona es estupenda para pasear, llena de tiendas y restaurantes. Prácticamente el único punto negativo es que se encuentra en un 5° piso sin ascensor. El apartamento no estaba bien limpio al llegar, aunque seguramente Teresa lo solucione para futuros huéspedes. En general, buena comunicación con la propietaria.

I really enjoyed the apartment. It's beautiful, new and clean as in the pictures. Perfect location right next to the Old Town, lots of restaurants and all places of interest. The internet connection was great, I had no problems working remotely. Mini-oven worked fine, so I could bake fish at home. There are several grocery stores right next to apartment and a gym in 5 mins walk. Ana, the apartment manager, was always available and very helpful. There were barely any downsides. Be aware that restaurant downstairs gets pretty loud around 7 am but closing balcony doors solves the issue.

The apartment is very comfortable, cozy and clean. The apartments have absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. Great owner, always responds quickly and tries to help in everything. The location of the apartments is also great, all attractions are within walking distance. A bit noisy as there are a lot of tourists under the windows, but if you close the windows it becomes quiet

The apartment was in a great location. Bedroom with en-suite was really nice and spacious with the pool at doorstep. Landlord didn’t interfere with anything during stay.

The apartment is a wonderful place to stay, and Lucie was wonderful and easy to access throughout our stay whenever we needed anything.

The location of the apartment is really great in a very good, quiet and safe neighborhood. The metro is really close, it only takes 5 minute walk to get there.There are also 3 supermarkets near by and a park. The building is very new, safe and quite. The owner István is a very kind person and extremely helpful with everything we needed during our 5 month stay. The house is beautiful, exactly like the pictures and really taken care of by the owner. Also its fully equipped which is a big bonus.

Beautiful apartment, new stylish furniture, high ceilings, large windows, new air conditioning and TV, coffee machine. There are all conditions to live. The owner of the apartment, Paolo, is very hospitable and caring!

The location is fantastic. Right in the middle of the city, but on a very quiet street. The place itself is clean, bright and has a nice bathroom. The owner was very cooperative and helped me move the dates after the airline cancelled my initial flight. The downside is that the master bedroom doesn't have AC, so it gets very warm at night. (There's a mini split in the living room only). Also even though it's listed as being fully equipped (for the kitchen) that was far from the case. To their credit, they did bring a few more things when I pointed out that I can't cut with a butter knife, but overall that part was still significantly lacking. I would urge them to stay a night or two at their flat, try cooking a normal meal, and see for themselves what's missing. Overall it was a good experience though, and I would stay there again in the future.

A lakás csodálatos volt, még jobb volt mint a képeken. Az agy nagyon kényelmes volt és a lakás jól felszerelt. Brigitta sokat segített és biztosra ment, hogy minden rendben menjen. Biztosan visszajövök :) The flat was wonderful, even better than on the pictures. The bed was very comfortable and the flat is well equipped. Brigitta supported all along and she made sure that everything goes well. I am surely coming back!

This is a very nice apartment, clean and comfortable. Most of all I liked that there are two tables for working on the computer. Ana is a very helpful and kind host who helped us with everything. Nearby is the largest fountain in Lisbon, we went there to eat and look at the scenery. I recommend!
