The flat is lovely freshly renovated and pleasant. The only disadvantage is its location on the ground floor, so there is almost no sun in the flat. We spend there two weeks and it was ok.

Comfortable and well located property with excellent transport links with many shops and supermarkets a few minutes away.

The stay in the Isabel house felt like home. It is very comfortable, and with everything you need. Especially want to highlight very positive energy of the place, and its own incredible vibe. The location of the apartment is awesome, you have the ocean just right next to, and it is very close to Ponta Delgada, just 10 mins by car. Btw the house has its own big parking place in the yard. Isabel and Fernando are amazing hosts and just wonderful people, very caring and attentive. We were very sad to leave the place, we felt so happy to stay there. Highly recommend to live your unique island experience in this house!

Spacious and functional flat, well-organised spaces, magnificent location, with a view of Tyn Cathedral (for art lovers this is a must) and often organ music. Therefore I highly recommend it, I had a great time there! Wooden parquet flooring everywhere: very pleasant, a pity it's striped, but it's sure to be original, so it's better that way. Ikea bedroom, living room and kitchen furniture. Kitchen accessories: almost everything is there, just missing a toaster, a microwave oven, an orange juicer, and a salad bowl. Room: comfortable mattress, pillow a little less so. Walk-in wardrobe good for long stays. Bathroom: perhaps the sore point of the flat: open shower, so the whole bathroom gets wet with every shower (so I always used the "hand shower"). There are 2 windows, but the opening is 3 metres high, so impossible to open the windows. The toilet smelled of urine, even though it was clean and I washed it often. The internet connection was perfect and I was able to work from home. I wasn't able to use the TV, I wouldn't have watched it anyway because there are only Czech-language national TV channels. It is in the old town, and tourists can be very noisy, especially in the evenings and at night, but apart from a few moments of stadium shouting, I always slept. I don't know if the situation is worse in the summer months. In any case, the noise does not come from the pub below, but from the 'tubs' that tourists make. Ah, the flat is on the second floor, no lift, and the floors of the (historic) building are double, I counted 55 steps. So if you have heavy luggages, it can be a serious problem. You are asked to sort the garbage (I agree), however it is not clear how to distribute it in the bins on the ground floor. At the end of your stay you are asked to clean the whole flat, including the washing machine to wash towels, sheets, tea towels, etc. and hang out the laundry, ready for the next guests to use. If you decide not to clean it, there is the option "the owner takes care of it" but it costs 80€, which seems excessive. I honestly thought it was included in the rental price. The owner was kind and responded to my requests for clarification in a polite way, we met at the departure to check the condition of the flat and to hand over the keys. In summary, it was a pleasant experience, which I would do again.

The place is located strategically and it provided a lot of needed amenities, accommodating for 7 people. I have no complaint regarding the place. However, there is something strange when they asked us to pay the tourist tax of EUR 2 per day. We had a short term sublease contract, and it is supposed to be a different rule applied to the hotel industry (I could not ask for the return of VAT since it is a sublease). They were not open about it since the start, as they were silent about this on their page. It was only during the last week upon arrival they started asking for it.

Very nice place. The location is top notch for everything. Quiet at night and is equipped with everything. Orsolya was always responsive with a few things we needed sorted. The elevator was broken, but that should be ok again soon.

I have had the most marvelous stay! Pedro was absolutely spectacular (as was his wife Loreta) If I needed anything he was more than willing to accommodate! Over all a brilliant experience!!

Communication was perfect i enjoyed my stay at the house.

Amazing place, hard time getting security deposit back, asking for bank numbers which we don’t feel comfortable giving

Edit and her husband welcomed me very well during my 4 month stay in Budapest. Our relationship was always very cordial and pleasant. The communication was really smooth and they always did their best to help me. The apartment itself is modern and very pleasant to live in. Moreover, it is very beautiful and very well located. In the heart of Budapest, transportation like tramway and metro are easily and quickly accessible. Everything is provided for the best possible experience abroad. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Vše bylo v pořádku, byt byl čistý a příjemný. Komunikace s paní Dominikou byla perfektní.

The landlord was friendly, and the location was great - the Albert supermarket was close by, as well as the tram and metro! The house was comfortable and quiet, and the radiators kept us warm. The fridge worked well and the washing machine made it easy to do laundry.

Photos on the website do not reflect how apartament looks in fact, very modern and comfy. We spend a nice time there. What I will add is the internet amplifier which will spread signal to the main bedroom.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this apartment. A home away from home during my time in Madeira. The bed was comfortable, apartment gets a lot of natural light, and is fitted with all amenities. My only wish was for there to be cleaning supplies, and pegs for the laundry. Otherwise everything was great!

Everything, from beginning to end, was perfect in this apartment, from the apartment itself, the equipment in the apartment and communication with the landlord. The best of all is of course the location of the apartment itself with many restaurants, cafes, shops, public transport within a 5 minute walking distance from the apartment. And of course the apartment is near the river, and the Charles Bridge is only a 20-minute walk away. Also, renting an apartment through Flatio is ultra easy and fast, so I would recommend Flatio to anyone.

Komunikace s Evou byla rychlá, na všem jsme se hladce domluvily. Byt je ve starém činžovním domě, je potřeba počítat se všemi klady i zápory tohoto typu bydlení. Byt, ačkoli je malý, měl vše, co je potřeba, včetně téměř všech domácích spotřebičů. Internet fungoval bezvadně. Pár kroků od bytu je park, tram. zastávka do 5 min.
