The apartment is gorgeous. It is clear that the landlords put in a lot of effort in making this apt a place like home. They are very welcoming, accommodating and responsive to messages, always there to help with whatever question or problem may arise (also very helpful and flexible when it comes to agreeing on a time to do the handover / takeover of the apartment). Since the temperatures were rather low in the morning and the evening during the start of February, I struggled a bit with the fact that there is no central heating for the entire apartment. However, the landlords provide a mobile heater that works perfectly for the bedrooms. Also, during midday the apartment gets a lot of sunshine which also heats the apartment. The landlords put a lot of thought into what one might need during one’s stay and have all the appliances, devices, kitchenware, etc. readily available in the apartment - down to things like a hair dryer, a power strip, or even a bottle of water, seasonings, coffee pads to help you get started). I really loved staying at their apartment.

Pros: Apartment is good, close to everything, the view from the balcony is amazing!
Cons: I had some disagreements with the landlord with my check-in dates. More flexibility would be nice, specially with foreigners (plans could change!). Internet connection is very week. Not suitable for home-office.

Joana is very helpful and friendly. We loved the apartment. It is clean, well equipped and it has a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. It is very close to the shopping centre with cafés and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay.

Klienti se zdáli být zpočátku příjemní, o to větší šok nám způsobilo nejen jejich chování od momentu, kdy jsme požádali o uhrazení nedoplatku za elektřinu (např. jejich nedodržování domovního řádu), dále předčasný neohlášený útěk z bytu a spoušť, kterou za sebou zanechali. Jedna z klientek si dokonce odnesla část našeho vybavení, které nejenže nevrátila všechno, ale nebylo ani v původním stavu.

The Landlord was very cordial, understanding and easy to reach. He made sure to have a document ready answering most of the questions I might have as well as recommendations, groceries, restaurants, etc which is very thoughtful. The house looks exactly as described and he was opened to visits on top of the available 3D tour.

My experience with this home, with the landlord Joana, and with the local area were all very positive.

It is a great value for a temporary place to call home in a quiet and good area, close to everything you need including a metro straight downtown and a short way from the airport for frequent travellers.

The home itself was clean and well kept and included everything a tenant could need.

Joana was easy to talk with and kind and helpful.

I would be happy to stay here again if I return to Lisbon.

New apartments with a convenient location, good-quality furniture, all amenities in the kitchen and bathroom and fast internet.

We stayed with my wife and 2 year old daughter. The house has good sound insulation, new and comfortable mattresses on the large bed and in the small room. Well organized space in the kitchen and everything you need for cooking. There is a small but modern elevator, where we and our folding, but rather large stroller fit easily. A high-quality air conditioner with a heating function.

I would definitely recommend this apartment and would love to come back again.

The apartment is fully equipped ( iron, ironing board, small ventilator for summer months). I stayed during a cold month of the year, and the apartment got alway very warm. The big window allows for a lot of light to come in to the flat. The place has a great fenced shui. It’s description of being a cozy flat is on spot.
The location is perfect! Only 5 min walking distance to the tram station.

I had a great time in Inês' lovely apartment and felt at home there. The village and its surroundings are wonderful, the apartment is tasteful and well equipped and the perfect spot to spend quiet days right next to the beautiful lagoon and in walking distance to the ocean. I used it for tourism as well as for remote work and it was the right place for both uses. Inês, the landlord, lives next door which comes in handy because she is very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. She was always there to answer my questions or to help me out.
